The pool was my favorite area. It was a nice area to hang out while kids swam. It wasn’t uncomfortably stuffy like some indoor pools. Room was pretty clean but found a bug in the bed… it was NOT a bedbug but it did look like a flea.

We liked just about everything. The main exception pertains to the tub/shower unit. In room 109 at least the tub is way too high for the elderly to easily/safely enter and exit. When it is time to renovate perhaps a new, lower unit can be installed.

My family and I have stayed at Wingfield Inn twice and plan on returning again and again. The staff are super friendly and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is delicious. The pool is cool and refreshing. Nearby restaurants are at a walkable distance.

This was a great hotel for the price. Very clean and comfortable, and great staff. My only complaint, and the only reason I can’t give it 5 stars, is because of the noise. I could not only hear faint conversations in a room next to me, the noise of traffic was unbelievable. I got up twice to see if my windows were open. They weren’t. I’ve stayed in hotels before that are just as close to busy Interstates and never heard traffic so loud. If they double glaze the windows - or whatever it takes to dampen the noise of traffic - I’ll give them 5 stars in a heartbeat!

Came for a Softball tournament. Team stayed at another hotel. Thought we’d try this one and save a bunch of money. Was extremely happy we did. Place was really nice and comfortable. Even won a couple dollars on their slot machines. Will be staying here next year for our tournament!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very cool pool & atrium area. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and close to lots of other options for food. This was just a quick overnight stay for me passing through the area, but having stayed here I would certainly stay again. Great place for the price and do recommend.

The air conditioner unit smelled of mildew and bleach tablets so we were unable to use it at all during our stay - thankfully just one night in early March so not hot or cold. The pool area is great, however it closed at 10 pm so we were unable to swim as we arrived right at that time. Large jetted tub with jets removed was a disappointment. Overall a clean, unassuming room and I've definitely stayed in worse.
