“retirement travel”
Everything was fine for a very reasonable price.

This hotel is very tired, but it has great potential for families with children if it was given some TLC and a fresh coat of paint.

If you allowed a minus category, it would be at the very bottom. I cannot give you one compliment for this motel, including minor food poisoning from the breakfast. At 8 am the front door was locked to the lobby. When I got the attention of the management, they were in bed!
