At $47/night, I was not surprised at the condition of this very old and rundown facility. The two ladies with whom I interacted were very friendly, polite and helpful. Further, it is located in a rather desolate area, not near any decent eateries that I could find close by. Not even a McD’s or a BK.

Fantastic value for a very small budget price
This is a very quiet location considering it’s right on I 40. Very nice front desk night person named Damien and very nice front desk morning person named Blanca. They really made the stay lovely. It is an older hotel but they have kept it up very well considering it’s age.

This is an older hotel, but the first floor has been updated and I found it to be clean, quiet, good mattress and the man on the 11 pm shift was very kind and helpful. I really appreciated him going out of his way to help me. I would stay again.

Easy access. Good parking. Nice lot for large vehicles. Loved the swivel rocker recliner. Internet spotty. Bathroom in need of updating. Breakfast was pitiful.

The first room we were given was under repair from some severe water damage… so they gave us the room next door. I’m sure there was mold at some point. The lady at the desk was nice. We didn’t actually stop to stay: we were looking to take a shower and eat dinner after fishing all day; So we purposely picked the cheapest hotel we could find. The shower was nice, water pressure was good. Bed was cozy. Not awful, not great

This is a great inexpensive place to stay. It was quiet, the AC worked great, felt safe, clean linens. Hard surface floors left me feeling safe I wouldn't have to worry about bed bugs. Property is dated, but the bed was firm (as I like) and it was convenient. Staff was really nice.

While the staff were both pleasant, a.m. and p.m. The room was dirty, had big black crickets, stains that looked like blood on the comforter and a used bottle of complimentary shampoo. The laundry facility was dirty, machine was dirty with old clothes in it and the dryer filed with lint. Also the side door didn’t open with key, attendant said the battery was dead.

There was no A/C within the building, just in the rooms. The back door was left open during the day until late night, leaving the possibility of unauthorized entry. The TV didn't work in our room, but did in our friend's. The bathroom was small and the tub was concave on the bottom with no anti-slip mat or texture making falling a possibility. The free breakfast was practically non-existent unless you ate cereal (Fruit Loops only), waffles, or muffins. The staff was friendly, but not that helpful. The place is OK for the price we paid.
