Overall it was good, only think is the breakfast, coffee and orange juice was wiped out when I got there at 8 am, but they did get everything fill back up we just had to wait a few minutes. Other then that it was good.

We came out to Elko for the poetry gathering. We were busy all day a very tired when we came back to the motel. The rooms are very clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable.

It’s an older property but well maintained. Why don’t hotels have dog rooms with no caerpets?

Good hotel
The hotel is nice. Older carpet, but nicely update bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. The pool area feels like it needs a deep clean, but the pool itself was very clean. Breakfast is great and the staff is friendly.

A romantic night away.
Check in was quick and smooth. Friendly service. The room was clean and nice. Bed was a little firm for me but my boyfriend love it. Overall everything was really nice.

Front desk agent was terrible, rude, and gave us a room that already had someone in it. Didn’t believe me when I told him and then forgot what room he moved us to. The pool is so gross and found dog poop in the hall.

It was an older hotel, but clean and nice. The pool was bigger than most indoor pools. The staff was great and the breakfast has decent selection.

Terrible experience
The hotel was nice enough but the air didn’t work and it got so hot in our room. The windows were bolted shut so we couldn’t even open a window. At 10:30 pm the kid at the front desk called our room twice and woke us up. When we answered he did not identify himself at all and just demanded to know if we had a dog and if it was with us. We couldn’t sleep because of all the interruptions and ended up leaving not long after that. Terrible experience and we would NEVER stay there again!!!

Comfortable beds, very clean, grab bars and shower chair provided for handicap accessibility, good breakfast. Could have used better snow removal and later breakfast times - even an hour would be better than 9 am - had to rush to get there in time. Would highly recommend!

The front desk staff - namely Sierra - was fantastic. Super helpful and professional. The hotel is “okay” - it’s a little sketchy but that whole town is sketchy. Bang for the buck makes it worth it. Will stay again.

Maintenance needed...
Our stay was okay. The toilet in room 151 ran water refilling the bowl 24/7. I reported it right after we checked in, but nothing was done about it. I reported it when we checked out and I hope it has been repaired. Otherwise our pet friendly room was comfortable and quiet.
