Good stop-over for a night

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: The front desk staff - the lady who checked us in was very pleasant.
Cons: Other than ensuring that the bathtub drains, nothing else of importance
Location: We just stayed the night, so nothing to contribute here.
Front desk was very nice - pleasant, smiling, happy person. Very important! Breakfast was good - the coffee was extremely good! Clean room, a little tight from a space standpoint, but quite adequate. The bathtub was choked up, so a bit messy.

Good place to stay but it could use a little TLC

Posted Sep 24, 2013
The staff are very friendly and check-in and check out went smoothly. The room was clean and the padded window seat was a nice touch. The continental breakfast was more than I expected because you could make a waffle and they served hot sausages along with the pastries, cereal, juice, and coffee. However, the mini fridge was noisy. It sounded like the compressor was going out. The pot from the coffee maker was missing in our room (not a big deal since I don't drink coffee) and the reading light over one of the beds was burned out. If these little items were fixed, it would be an even nicer place to stay.

Should be bulldozed!

Posted Sep 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Shame on me for believing any sort of positive reviews prior to booking. Front desk lady was nice but from there everything went downhill. Room was pretty filthy, carpet stained throughout, to point I refused to remove shoes prior to getting in bed. I could go on and on about the all the negative things about this place. Bottom line, throw down the extra money and stay at the holiday inn down the road, which is clean. Stay away! I'd just as soon risk my well being and take my chances by sleeping in my car at a rest area than stay here again.

Tiny room! Smell awful

Posted Jul 12, 2013
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Many other places to stay... NOT HERE!
The room they gave us was the worst ever .... and the smell was bad there but the hallway smelled even worse - do not stay here ... you will be sorry
