“cold pool”

Everything was good except on last day of our stay the indoor pool was cold and hot tub was not working, beings how the indoor pool was the reason for us staying there, it was disappointing.

The Hotel staff were fantastic people, great location to everything a traveler needs. The Coffee Mug restaurant next door has an excellent breakfast menu and with your hotel discount makes for inexpensive dining.

“Comfortable Hotel”

A breakfast is offered at the restaurant next door. Coffee, Tea, Bowl of Fruit and Cookies are offered to guests in the office.

“Good for kids”

The pool is indoors, open year-round and 24 hours a day, so this is a great place for kids. My 7 year old nephew had a great time swimming there. There isn't much to do in Elko, so we were glad to be able to take him in the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable, including the pillows, which were hard.

“A Good Place to Stay.”

They accomodated us for early check in. The King Bed option has a lot of room. The micro wave ovem, refrigerator, and coffe machine all operated fine. There's was no plates and such in the room; however, we ate at both resturants adjacent to the hotel and enjoyed the meals.

We enjoyed our stay at the inn. The pool was nice; the check-in clerk was courteous, & friendly; and the complimentary breakfast was good.

“Pleasantly surprised”

We were pleasantly surprised by all the little extras. Cookies in the lobby, breakfast at the resterant next door and a very large room. It's an older motel and needs new carpet, but was clean. Very conviently located to the gas station, highway and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff.

“Reliable Hotel Stop Between SF and Salt Lake City”

Nice location with big rooms and a small indoor pool. Breakfast coupon for neighboring restaurants worked well. Nice place to stay in the middle of nowhere!! Will return again as we make this drive annually.
