“Cle elum who knew?”

I was going to a conference in Suncadia, but could not get a room. This was a clean and large room with lots of places to eat nearby. Very nice set up, I was pleasantly suprised.

“If you just happen to be in central Washington....”

We were in central Washington for a couple of days and the Snowcap Lodge - right off the I-90 - was conveniently located next to a Safeway, a Burger King, a gas station - what more could one want? The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the beds were warm and comfortable, the pool and spa were relaxing, and the breakfast offered a good variety of different options - the kids really enjoyed the waffle making corner. The only small complaint I have is that the room - although it looked clean when we walked in - had some surprises. Old coffee still in the coffee pot, an old bottle of juice under the bed ruffle, and some wrappers under the bed and coffee table. I cleaned it up, but was really surprised - I can't believe the cleaning crews missed that. Otherwise it was a very relaxing, enjoyable stay.

“Pay a little extra for Cle Elum's best”

Just an overnight visit but will stay here again next time I'm in town. Easy access to I-90, groceries and fast food. And only a few miles from Suncadia golf. Comfortable, clean room. OK continental breakfast with waffle maker and something brown that passed for coffee. I'm sure there must be an espresso stand nearby.

“Clean, Comfy and GREAT STAFF!”

The hotel staff was very accommodating. We called ahead and they were able to get us checked in early. Gave us time to enjoy the oversized tub before we left to go to the concert. When we got back at 1 am, there were no restaurants open but when we went to ask about a snack machine, the front desk clerk helped us get some cereal and milk. They even accommodated a late check out. GREAT EXPERIENCE! And the tub was worth the extra money.

The SnoCap exceed our expectations. Management has done a great job of keeping the rooms attractive and updated. The small pool and hot tub were a welcome sight after a long day of skiing and snowshowing.

“Great Place to Stay”

We needed a clean and efficient place for one night while in the Cle Elum area and were surprised by the great quality and service at the Snowcap Lodge. The hotel and our room were not only extremely clean but comparable to more expensive places we've stayed -- the comfortable bed, higher-end linens and spa shower were unexpected and delightful. Parking was free and the hotel was within walking distance of stores and places to eat. The next time we stay in Kittitas County we would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean rooms. Great pool for the kids. Get to breakfast early, because when the food is gone, it's gone... They don't replenish it. Cleaning ladies didn't clean our room one day then came the next morning while I was in the shower. My kids let them in and they proceeded to clean around us - this was at @ 10am too. I would return though - enjoyed our stay overall.
