Possibility of noise disturbance

Posted Apr 19, 2014
Depending on your level of tolerance for noise, this may be a problem for you. It would mainly depend on who was in rooms near yours and how late they might be active.

The room was economical, but...

Posted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: No road noise.
Cons: Much
The first room we reserved had a smoking odor. We returned to the office and obtained a second room that had a strong cleaning solution odor. The room was small, colors were dated and the only outlet we could find to plug in our phones (one at a time), meant we had to set our phone on the room heater. Bed linens were not changed daily.

Not bad,

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Very quiet location, beds were very comfortable.
Room was a little dated, and I don't think you see many rooms with 2 doubles in them anymore. Most have upgraded to 2 queens as standard. Quiet location and friendly staff. Road to back side of lot needs to be widened up.

Great inexpensive stay

Posted Mar 14, 2014
Pros: It was inexpensive and comfortable.
While the hotel was not fancy, it was nice for the price. It was clean and comfortable. The room was a little cramped, but they provided a fridge and microwave that took up extra room. If you aren't going to stay in the room, it's a great place for the cost.

A quick get away . . .

Posted Mar 9, 2014
Pros: Clean, comfortable and nice little breakfast.
Cons: Overall updating would help. Glad that it's clean! =)
Location: This clean little motel is close to Central WA University and downtown Ellensburg. Only 40 minutes to Yakima so lots to do close!
We've stayed at this nice little motel a couple of times. It's reasonably priced, clean & comfortable. Staff is excellent and breakfast gets you on your way. We'll stay there again when the need arises.

More of a truck stop/scary movie motel

Posted Mar 5, 2014
Drove up to the hotel and felt like I was on a hidden camera. The woman at the desk jumped up and followed my car and wrote down my license as we checked out the building. There were a lot of truckers in their trucks watching our every move. I was not willing to even check in. Called several other hotels and they matched the rate.

Pleasantly Surprised

Posted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, water pressure in the shower was great, and the TV with free WI-FI.
Cons: Softer beds at least a medium firmness
Location: There is I hop, Perkins, and another place across the street. There are at least 3 gas stations with quick snack foods. A great little coffee shop.
We arrived and the front desk worker was pleasant and had my reservations and informed us about breakfast. Very nice and very quick. We went to our room in the back and had a nice view of the river. Our room was very clean. You can tell they did a good job at updating (remodeling the room). The only down side for me was the firmness of the mattress. They were new beds but they are firm so I had a hard time sleeping and due to my back issues hurt in the morning. This was not fault of the hotel by any means but those are some firm beds. The location is perfect with a great coffee shop next door. Close to food and our destination for a College tour of Central Washington. If you like firm new mattress or it doesn't matter this is a great affordable hotel. If you need a not so firm mattress then ask if they have softer mattress available in different rooms (I did not ask). My son slept great in his bed. I did not attend the complimentary breakfast but saw it and it was nice and very clean. Nice affordable stay!
