“Great Hotel”

Perfect location. It was clean and comfortable. We picked it because they accepted dogs. It had a nice green area to walk our dog. The breakfast was good. The hot tub temperature could have been a litle higher, but other than that everything was perfect.

“Everything we expected”

The Comfort Inn in Ellensburg was everything that we expected. The staff was helpful and very nice. The room was quiet, clean and well maintained.

“Nice clean Hotel”

This hotel was great. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. The lady at the front desk, Amanda was friendly and exceptionally helpful. I will stay here again!

“Great place to stay! 30 mins from the gorge!”

30 mins from the gorge! Located literally right off the freeway! Easy to find! It was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Near lots of stores and gas stations! Lots of choices of where to eat! A pool and hot tub! Nice and COOL room on a HOT day! Fridge and microwave! Decent sized tv! The bed was SOOOO comfy! And in the morning you can smell the waffles being made in the continental breakfast! You can make your own waffles! or choose cereal, yogurt, toast, juice... I would definitely stay here again! No problems whatsoever!

“Clean & Good Solid Motel”

Hotel had the basics covered. It was fairly new and clean. While it included breakfast, there were only carbohydrates and nothing in the way of protein.

“Great Gorge Rest Point”

Hotel worked good to stay at during the DMB Gorge concert, on 30 minutes away. Lots of Food options nearby.

“Good enough for the price”

the breakfast was OK, but the eggs and sausage patties were very McDonalds like, probably powdered eggs and very thin sausage. The room was OK, everything worked, but there were signs of age here and there.

“Not impressed at all”

The sink in the bathroom of the first room we were given looked like truckers with greasy hands had just left it. The second room looked like it had not been dusted in months and the windows had greasy fingerprints. The carpet (in both rooms and the hallway) was very dirty looking. The hotel smelled damp and musty. We've made a mental note not to return, regardless of the fact that it offered the best online price for the rooms.

“Details missed”

This is your standard highway motel, and while the staff was friendly there were details missed. The room was clean but there was a used plastic cup sitting on the easy chair in the room. The hall light in the room was missing its cover, so the room was lit with bare bulbs, especially as the lights above the beds were not working.

“carefull what you pay and when you use the restroom”

I was charged more and the final invoice was less - I am better at math than that sent in a question and got a response of were sorry you should not have seen that but there is nothing we are going to do for you to fix your overcharge - works like the toilet in our room if you dont lift the seat everything is fine, but dont try to lift the seat as is will fall down and possibly hurt you
