After Steve Winwood/Tom Petty concert @ The GorgePosted Aug 17, 2014
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to I-90 after enjoying a concert at the Gorge Amphitheater. It's approx a 45 minute to 1 hour drive from the venue on the way home for us. Get up and had a decent continental breakfast before hitting the road home.

Nice place to stay in central WAPosted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: The cleanliness of the room.
Cons: A bigger TV in the room, just because you can never have too big of a TV right?
Location: Very nice location near the freeway, but not so close it was loud.
Nice hotel with good amenities. Close to freeway and local restaurants. Room was clean and well done and the area was quiet. The hotel was doing some re-carpeting but it didn't disturb us as the work was paused at 5:00pm until the next day at around 10:00am. I really don't have anything I can complain about.

A place to lay our heads.Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: The pool! it was a perfect size and tempreture.
Cons: It just seemed a little rundown. Could use an update but for the money it's a great place.
Location: It's right off the exit from the highway so it's easy. We didn't explore the rest of the town so I'm not sure what there is to do around there.

Overpriced motel growing old ungracefully.Posted Jul 3, 2014
This motel is looking worn, from its hallway and room carpets, to its grimy- looking bathtub basin. I intended to use the lobby restroom, but the toilet was so soiled that I had to pass. Repair to my room's bathroom wall was evident by an area of drywall mud unevenly applied and left unpainted. During my checkout, the morning desk clerk declined my request for a receipt, explaining that Expedia was responsible for issuing me the receipt. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the in-room refrigerator. The air conditioner seemed to work well, and it wasn't too noisy. My travels require me passing through Ellensberg occasionally. I will not stay in this motel again.

Hoped For BetterPosted Feb 18, 2014
Staff excellent. They were so helpful in accomodating when we asked fo be moved due to noisy little kids next door. Lobbies and stairway carpets looked they hadn't been vacuumed in quite some Time. Although pool area smelled Of high chlorine, it needed a scrub down badly. The rooms were overall clean and beds were comfortable but the blankets needed washing as there was hair embedded or stains on them.
