The room smelled of dog, and was dirty. Non of the outlets worked in the bathroom. Thank goodness my husband had a extension cord in the car. Air-condition/heating unit was filthy, load and felt that the air coming out was not healthy to breath. Iron did not work.

Moldy shower!!
Posted Jan 28, 2013
Pros: Buffett
Cons: Moldy shower, not ready on time
Location: Convenient
The room was not ready at 3 (check in time). We waited 15 minutes to check in, and the room we were given was STILL not clean. The receptionist have us another room and walked us upstairs to ensure it was ready. The room smelled clean a d looked clean on first inspection. The shower was moldy. So moldy that my husband would not shower there. Luckily we were only there one night. The buffett was the best part, although it was not complimentary. We will not go back again.

My usual hotel was full that weekend
Posted Jan 31, 2013
Pros: Leaving
Cons: Internet withdrawal
Location: On canyon road in Ellensburg, Washington. Easy access from and onto I 90
Checking in Fri afternoon I was apparently an inconvenience to take the desk clerk away from his computer. The fellow in front of me in the line finally just walked away grumbling and unacknowledged. The wi-fi and even the cable internet connection were out the two days I stayed. Excuses ranged from "Its slow cause lots of people staying in the hotel this weekend" to" Our manager is on his way with an IT guy from Yakima right now". The doors and walls in the room might as well be card board, you can hear water running, walking & talking all hours of the night. Spurs restaraunt for breakfast had one overworked hostess/waitress/busboy in one. Most tables were dirty and left uncleared with used cutlery, old napkins etc on the floor. To find a clean table meant crowding uncomfortably close with strangers. No knives avaiable so cut your bacon with a fork or use your fingers. All in all not worth the price charged.

Only complaint, booked with Expedia. They put me off to the very back area. A mile walk for the bar and restraunt.

Great beds
Posted Jan 11, 2012
The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. Sheets were pristine white but the bedspreads had seen better days. Heater worked well and bathroom was well maintained and clean.
