Good Hotel for the price.

Pros: It was decent and a place to sleep. Would stay again when traveling to the Gorge.
Cons: Bar/restaurant tenant had moved out which was dissappointing. Would've been convenient to have a place to eat right there.
Location: We were going to the Gorge Ampitheater for a concert (40 minute drive from hotel).
For the price we paid this was a good/decent hotel. Mostly just used it as a place to sleep after our concert at the gorge. The room had a bit of a smell to it and the bathrooms weren't the nicest but it worked.

Pros: Room and breakfast were both great
Location: We stayed on July 4th and no restaurants were open at all for dinner . . . we ended up eating at Arbys!
Room was clean . . . even got the Golf Channel . . . breakfast (included) was very good. We always stay in Ellensburg on the way back from Sun Valley. This is the first time we tried this location and we will be back !

Mediocre hotel

Stayed on a really hot summer day. The air conditioner was not running in the room when we checked in. It never e r did cool the room to a comfortable level. The carpets needed cleaned and the grout in the shower also needed cleaned. I was not.impressed with this facility.

No usable wifi in the room or the restaurant.

there was wifi at various places in the facility, but no wifi at all for quality in available in our room or in the restaurant. where there was wifi, it was pretty slow. overall the room was clean enough. The staff was friendly enough. my biggest complaint is that wifi was advertised and not readily available in my room and in the restaurant, which should be the two places where you should have it.

Pros: Our second room was clean. The beds although a bit firm for my husband, I thought were comfortable.
Cons: Fix the Wi-Fi. Update the pool area.
Location: Ellensburg is a college town. There's not much to do if there isn't anything going on at the University. There are some good restaurants.
Our experience began with being assigned to and walking into an occupied room. We were a bit curious when there was a do not disturb sign on the door but thought ...perhaps that's how they're reserving our room. When our key card opened the door we thought, okay we're in the right room but then when we walked in and there was luggage and unkempt beds... we knew something was wrong. So...we carry all our belongings back down stairs to get a different room, mind you, the room we were at was about as far from the front desk as you could get (with the exception of our next room assignment. The front desk person was genuinely surprised that the room was occupied stating that it wasn't in the system as such. A new room was assigned, a room that was farther from the front desk than the first! I needed the exercise, anyway! So our next room was unoccupied and clean. The only glitch was that the wi-fi wasn't working. We went through the instructions from the from desk several times. Our devices said we were connected but then when we tried any websites or our email, it said that we weren't connected. It was suggested that we piggy back on another room's wi-fi which we tried but the system would quickly boot us off. Another disappointment was the pool area. It was noticeably dated. It was well set up for families with young children having a wading pool but I was really hoping for a hot tub. This may be being a bit nit-picky. Fortunately, it was just one night.

Best steak!

Pros: Attached bar and restaurant.
Cons: Breakfast bar had good selection but food wasn't hot enough.
Stayed here several times. The steak dinner is my husbands favorite. The rooms are average, but have always been clean and quiet?

low quality inn

Quest services was slow and had a disinterested attitude about how long we had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. 15 minute wait with no apology. The rooms smelled of smoke. The bathroom shower had mold on the tile. The ceiling above the shower had mold that was painted over in the past and is now growing thru the paint.

Attached Bar

You shouldn't have this bar attached. It's manager and staff at night are the most unfriendly and horrible I've ever seen. It was a terrible experience that I will NEVER do again.
