“Great weekend getaway for Family and/or Golf”

Suncadia is a relaxing getaway, less than two hours from the Seattle area. Restaurant was good for fine dining. Room was extremely comfortable with a complete kitchen. The kitchen was better equiped than most vacation rentals we've used. High quality appliances. Decent space (one bedroom suite/apt). Lots of hiking and bike trails, boats to rent, horseback riding nearby. The golf course was challenging, yet very fun. Staff was polite and efficient.

“Cool Place for family or for a romantic weekend!”

This was a wonderful, beautiful lodge. Incredible pool and water slides, snow tubing and cross country ski trails. I can't wait to go back.

“Great destination”

We went to the area for a wedding and couldn't find any other accomodations which seemed acceptable in the area. Pricey for Central WA, but worth it for the amenities. Would go back as a destination resort/spa if the opportunity presented itself. Staff was friendly, offerings complete and accomodations top notch.

“Great place for a couples getaway or for families.”

We stayed Studio room that was spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, The king sized bed was comfortable and the bathroon was quite spacious, and the gas fireplace created comfort for us in the room. Our view of the river and mountains to the west was great...what a sunset. Food at the nearby winery was tasty (and they were flexible with our dinner reservations). There is something for everyone on the hugh property: hikes, golf, swimming, or playing a game or reading a book in the lodge lounge area. They even have 2 indoor water slides and an outdoor ice skating rink! Service was great during our entire stay. We even asked for a late check out upon arrival and they gladly accomodated us. With all there is to do here, we will come back ,,,with our kids and my golf clubs.

“Awesome Family Getaway!”

The place was packed for the holiday season. The staff was in control and very efficient even though there were so many people to serve and deal with. The hotel was very clean and they even let us check in super early at 11:30 a.m. instead of the normal 4:00, because our room was ready! Bonus. The only complaint is that the hotel restaurants were totally booked the night that we stayed and there isn't much outside of the resort, so we had to order room service. The food was quite good though! Overall, Suncadia was the perfect family getaway.

“Suncadia Experience”

The staff put me in the farthest room from the elevator, the last room on the nonview side. Make sure you request a room with a view. I don't think they were anywhere close to capacity.

“brand new (including staff)”

Sure, the Suncadia is a nice place. It's a bit in the middle of nowhere so they had to draw from the local "talent" for staff. In general that's a good thing. But for a 4-star hotel the staff is just too inexperienced. We asked whether we could have an espresso at the bar. That caused some major confusion among the staff because apparently the bar serves coffee, espresso is only served at the restaurant (which is 10 feet next to the bar). We got it in the end but to deliver the espresso from the restaurant to the bar area was considered some major "creative thinking" by the waiters there. It's a clean nice place, just maybe wait a few months until they got the service running.

Great place for Mother's Day. Nice pedicure, although too pricey.
