“Clean enough but needs some TLC”

Beds & baths were clean, very outdated, beer cans were left just outside an exit door for over a day, front entrance not impressive, fridge leaked, continental breakfast was sparse, can hear every little thing (doors opening & closing, foot steps, etc.)... couldn't sleep well at all.

A cheap hotel providing a basic room in an environment which does not appear to be safe or clean.
