Location good...2 mins to the Museum of Glass. Staff helpful, room and breakfast up to expectations. Will definitely stay hear again..

“Great Corning Getaway”

We had a very pleasant and relaxing experience at this hotel. The building itself is unpretentious and located close to the highway, but the hotel is both clean and comfortable and the service very welcoming. On the day we left, staff had thoughtfully cleaned the snow off our car. I would choose to stay here again.

in the middle of the night there were other guests so loud I had to open the door to tell them to be quiet that people were trying to sleep. in the middle of the night the 2nd night the same thing happened. omg r u kidding me

“Nice Hotel, a few glitches”

Our hotel stay was comfrortable but there were a few problems that the property needs to adress. The biggest one we found was that the heated pool was not really heated. After driving 6 hours to get to our hotel we wanted to have a relaxing dip in the pool before going to dinner, it turned out to be very cold and unrelaxing. On our second night stay we left the hotel at about 9 am and returened at 3 to find that our room was not yet cleaned. We were tired and wanted to take an afternoon nap but instead had to call room service to have it cleaned and leave for about an hour. They said that we had placed the do no disturb sign on our door....yet we did no such thing. Also the breakfasts are great, however they have a VERY small dining area. We ended up having to take our breakfasts to our room just to have a seat. The hotel only has one ice machine and you must go all the way to the first floor. Would we go again, most likely. Was it worth what we paid? With theses glitches I may say check out other hotels if the price difference isn't that great.

“Waste of time and money!”

The pool was very cold and there was a cheesy substance wiped across our door that I got to run my hand through when I was holding it open for my daughter. We were woke up by an extremely noisy and inconsiderate group in the room next to us. They were wrestling and pounding on the adjoining door. The Internet did not work either. Overall, dissatisfied and let the management know. They only offered an apology and some points to our Mariott's Rewards card, which I was supposed to be given that night for signing up, but was not. It was the worst hotel experience I have had.
