“It was right across from the venue where our concert was located.Convenient.”
The Air conditioning was super as it was extremely hot that day. Our only comment was that they could have had a rubber bath mat in the shower. My friend was elderly and was afraid she would fall without it, so we both didn't shower that night. Otherwise, the Inn was nice.

“Clean Simple and Basic”
I was expecting a little more for a place described as having a "view of the gorge", however the motel was clean and functional. Very 2.5 star out of 5. Serviceable but not much more.
“What more can you ask?”
The motel is just basic accommodation but it is clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. It is a 5 minute pleasant walk into town (uphill to get back). Our room was front row seats for the fireworks. The price is reasonable compared to other accommodation in Elora. What more can you ask?
“Village Inn in Elora”
No Continental breakfast as advertised and still on their exterior sign. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The patio door which was ground level, didn't even lock. Stick of wood used to keep it closed. No hair dryer...even at the front desk. The only positive thing to say is that it was a short walk to main part of Elora.
