Okay, first the negative - LUXX XL don't do facebook as much and that's a quote from them directly via facebook when I pressed for a response to one of my queries. The negative stops there, in all my travels I've not stayed anywhere as lush as Luxx XL. To be honest, It was not the easiest place to get to so make sure that you print out the map on the website and ensure that you give this your tax driver. Also, get the receptionist to write down specific instructions on the map because the print out is far too small for tuktuk drivers to read.
As soon I stepped out of the cab and walked into reception, it was like being in trendy establishment, the aesthetics were fab and really the surroundings were really cool. But it doesn't stopped there, I walked into my room and it was really fabulous. Hardwood floors thorughout, king size bed, surround speakers, dvd players, plasma screens, top end bathroom, rain showers, huge room all together. Really, this is not a paid advertisement - it was definitely value for money, they certainly pulled out all the stops and I was thrilled that i made the right decision. The pool was fab and I was very happy with the breakfast area. All together I was really happy with the hotel. Goood job everyone. I will be coming back soon.
