They didnt have my expedia reservation. Took almost 40 minutes to check in due to the hotel having to call expedia customer service.
Upon getting to our room there was no toilet paper, no tissues, a bottle of nail polish left on the window sill, only 3 towels when there was a reservation for 4 and no shampoo container (only conditioner) on the wall in the shower.
Got the TP, tissues and towel fixed by visiting the front desk. But really odd that a room was put to "clean" with so much missing. Need better quality control checks when in the pick up state.
Breakfast was small quaint and fine.
Very nice to have complimentary lemon water, coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24 hrs in the lobby
