Pros: Good central location
Cons: the restaurant staff and maintenance worker
Location: Great location,6 flags is main nearby attraction
went to hotel bar,bartender refused to make me a mixed drink, when waitress said she would make it,bartender told her to go home if she did.Room key didn't work so maintenance man told me to bang it hard when I neede to get in my room.Worst hotel bar staff that I have ever seen

Pros: The bed was very comfortable
Cons: The ice machine
Location: Six Flags was near this hotel and it was very convenient
The hotel had just about everything one would need without having to go out and the Staff were very friendly

Nice Hotel ......cleaning staff disappointing

Pros: A variety of snacks are available at the front desk.
Cons: Maid service...
Location: Close to Six Flags, Big E, Springfield and Hartford.
Our family of four stayed one night. Rooms are ample sized and modern, with microwave and fridge placed within a cabinet. Our children appreciated being able to go to the front desk and buy a variety of snacks which included microwave Mac & Cheese. There is an indoor and outdoor pool which we did not have time to use. The next morning, we found the maid only left two bath towels and one small bottle of shampoo. By the time I got to take a shower, there were no more towels. We also found one of the beds decorative top sheath was turned over to hide stains from a previous guest. I don't think that guests should have to inventory the basics like towels and shampoo when entering a room. Front desk staff was neutral at checkout when I commented on being given two bath towels for a family of four. So do an inventory or you could find yourself drying off with a face cloth when you are in a rush the next morning....

Got a great price for our stay and worth every penny. Room clean, kids loved the pool. Only downside was the service at breakfast. Only one person on and she had to be asked for everything eg to get bowls for cereal, to fill up the coffee, juice etc

Poor service, lack of hospitality

If you find yourself in the area, and need a place to stay, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Don't waste your money here, you'll regret it. The service was deplorable, the hospitality fell well below industry standards. People at the front desk are rude, and the bar has it's own hours, despite posted hours. The food at the restaurant was horrible. The front lobby was dirty upon arrival. Too bad I had already prepaid for the room and couldn't cancel. Had I been a walk-in, I would've walked back out and found a different place. Don't waste your time and hard earned money.

I booked a room with a king bed for two nights. When I was checking in, the receptionist informed me that my king bed was in a suite. Boy was I surprised when the suite turned out to be two rooms. There were two TV's, two bathrooms, a frig, a microwave, a dining room (no kidding!), two closets (one a walk-in), and a king bed. Who could ask for anything more?

Time for an Upgrade

This hotel is a pretty nice place to be if you have to travel into Springfield for anything. Especially if you are attending a college graduation at any of the many colleges in the Springfield area. We've always found Springfield hotels at the lower end of the scale. Enfield, CT. is a better location and it's right off Rt. 91 about 12 minutes from the Hartford airport. The hotel and room itself is fine -except for the bath room - it's pretty archaic. Time for new toilets (not toddler size) and sinks, it's a very tight squeeze. Bed was comfortable and the room has a nice desk and free WiFi. Surrounding location is not great but there is a nice bar & grille within walking distance.
