The hotel is in a very good and quiet town in New Jersey, only minutes from New York through the George Washington Bridge. The staff was very nice and the hotel's room service was very good. A lot of room ammenities and service for the price!!!

Great staff which is refreshing when so many customer service businesses care so little for thier customers. The facility was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. I have stayed in plusher Crowne Plaza's but I would stay in this one again given the opportunity. It is a shame that there are not more food choices within walking distance of this hotel, however the in hotel restaruant is good.

“Great Deal”

This was a great hotel for me and my family. Affordable and close to what we needed. The breakfast buffet was very good, we had the option of paying a little more for the room and getting the complimentery buffet. Definitely worth it for the quality of food and convienience. My only negative is help with directions, we got more lost with the help we received than if we had followed directions I already had. So just know where you want to go and trust it.

“Loved the Crown Plaza in Englewood New Jersey”

The Crown Plaza in Englewood New Jersey was cheaper than other hotels nearby. It had a very pleasing exterior and the lobby was rather attractive. the facilities were all just as advertised. We went downstairs to scope out the pool and bar area. All in all it was a nice hotel and I would be willing to stay there again. Since we were traveling it was close enough to New York to be very accessible, but also so convenient for our trip the next morning back to Chicago . Getting on route 80 was a breeze.

“Relaxing hotel with great amenities”

This hotel is close to NYC and many great towns in NJ (i.e. Englewood) so there are many restaurants and shops around. I really was pleased with the pool, gym (though a bit small) and the restaurant (which served hot and cold breakfast). I would definitely stay here again.
