“Pleasantly surprised”

We booked a night at this hotel on short notice not expecting much based on past brand experience and its location. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. Very clean, quiet and an attentive, courteous staff. The breakfast service was also substantially better than most family and business class hotels I have stayed in over the last 5 years. Highly recommend, especially if you are visiting the OSU campus in Stillwater.

While the hotel was clean, we lost power in the middle of the night for three hours. It was very stuffy in the room without the air conditioner running and the kids were a little scared without the light of the bathroom. I was a little surprised there is no generator or back up system for a hotel of this type in an area where this types of storms hit perhaps frequently.
