Very nice and clean also the staff were friendly.Posted Feb 10, 2014
We had a smoking room which I thought it would smell like an ashtray but it didn't smell at all. Very clean and with a decent price, will definitely stay there again.

CleanPosted Feb 4, 2014
Pros: The staff was fantastic!
Cons: The rooms could have been cleaned a little better there were some stains on the sheets and the window cushion.
This hotel was really clean and well kept, hotel staff was very nice, however when we were checking in, they had problems with the expedia reservations and had to call tech support, which took forever! Front dest was very nice. The breakfast could have had more of a selection, but the hotel was pretty much empty so I guess they didn't want too much food out. It is located right off the exit and easy to find. Paying 75 bucks for a night isn't bad for what you get there. If I paid anymore than that, I would have been very disappointed.

Location: Located out of town, hard to get to more popular places.
The hotel was clean. The room was very small, no fridge, microwave, or coffee pot. The shower/tub did not hold water. The staff were hard to understand. Continental breakfast was very generic! Would not stay again.

Perfect for what we needed. Very clean. Easy on/off highway. Could have used microwave and coffee maker in the room.

good hotelPosted Dec 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel has signs inside stating they have issues with reservations from hotels.com. So I at least got a non-smoking room but not the size I wanted. Always have to ring bell for front desk staff, rooms are kind of small, two of us and we felt cramped. Its ok but probably won't be going back.

one night stay while traveling from FloridaPosted Nov 19, 2013
The staff went out of their way to overcome a booking error. He then recommended a restaurant that lived up to expectation with very reasonable prices ( some surprise ). Facility was new and all was very clean. Will definitely stay there on my next trip.

We were in town for the Car show/swap meet in Hershey. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are very nice. However, our room was not what we typically expect for the money. We were not sure the sheets were clean as they looked stained and very wrinkled. The perimeter of the room was VERY dusty. From what we could tell, they emptied the trash, made the bed and put in new towels. There was no cleaning or vacuuming during our 5 night stay. The breakfast was disappointing too. There were waffles to make and a single bottle of syrup for everyone to use. They were ok, but it was very limited on other options... same thing every day and I believe the individually wrapped donuts were expired. We would not recommend this hotel.
