Room carpet was filthy. Shower curtains had mole.

Will never go back. Hotel was a mess. Old building. Carpet was dirty. Clean towels weren't provided in a timely manner.

Cons: Pretty much everything -- BEDS, tv, bathroom fixtures all BAD
Location: The location is fine. Within walking distance of several bars, restaurants and tourist destinations (embarcadero).

Pros: close to event attending
Cons: major upgrade to rooms
Location: near downtown
stayed here before unable to hook up to free wi fi last time , this time no cable tv and unable to change channels , room furnishings are shabby and worn out. people were allowed to park in underground parking blocking other vehicles in.

Pros: nice pool and secure parking
Cons: restrooms, carpet.
Location: close to down town
toilet would not flush properly, no water pressure, room smelled, cable tv was out, only local channels which were grainy. This was the third time i stayed and probably the last. They need to invest in upgrading the rooms, at the very least there toilet seats, nasty! Just needs to be cleaner and price needs to be brought down. To much considering the uncleanliness

Uncomfortable stay

To start off, I strongly dislike how nice the pictures online make the hotel seem. I was interested only because the pictures looked nice, but after arriving to the hotel I discovered otherwise. The rooms smelled like vintage and the floors were very dusty. The beds seemed really old and were hard. The shower had a hole next to the faucet on the wall and you could literally see into it. Overall it was just an uncomfortable stay.

This hotel was not very clean at all...I found stains on the pillows and the bathroom was pretty gross with stains everywhere which could have been easily cleaned by bleach. This place is overpriced and your better off driving down there and getting one of those local hotels that aren't listed which I did for the second night! They are cheaper and cleaner!
