Don't be fooled. Not a nice place.Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: They did provide two bottles of water.
Cons: Cleaner, better lighting, doors that lock securely, better staff.
Location: Good location with a number of restaurants nearby but not worth the price.
Staff at check in was nice and polite but they tried to get me to run a scam on Expedia and cancel my reservation and then pay them cash. Evening / night staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. The room itself was definitely one star. Buzzing florescent lights and almost clean. Our room was next to the pool with a sliding glass door which was not closed and locked when we came into the room and was very difficult to get to lock. Seemed very unsafe.

Terrible PlacePosted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: Staff working very hard to run this hotel
Cons: Hotel needs to be remodel & accommodations need to improve lot!
Location: downtown & beach walking distance
If you are visiting Ensenada, There are more better hotels then this hotel. Everything is worst except staff was friendly & knowledgeable surrounding area. It will not worth to spend money at this place. Hotel building it self is too old. Bathroom & other accommodations are not working proper conditions.

Cons: major upgrade to rooms

last time i stay herePosted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: nice pool and secure parking
Cons: restrooms, carpet.
Location: close to down town
toilet would not flush properly, no water pressure, room smelled, cable tv was out, only local channels which were grainy. This was the third time i stayed and probably the last. They need to invest in upgrading the rooms, at the very least there toilet seats, nasty! Just needs to be cleaner and price needs to be brought down. To much considering the uncleanliness

Uncomfortable stayPosted Apr 23, 2014
To start off, I strongly dislike how nice the pictures online make the hotel seem. I was interested only because the pictures looked nice, but after arriving to the hotel I discovered otherwise. The rooms smelled like vintage and the floors were very dusty. The beds seemed really old and were hard. The shower had a hole next to the faucet on the wall and you could literally see into it. Overall it was just an uncomfortable stay.
