“Great location for jump off to the Baja Races”
No real complaints... the hotel was clean, the service was good, and the location was perfect. They even let us check in very early. If I get back to Ensenada, I seriously reconsider this hotel.
“Safe and Comfortable, reasonable rate”
We felt comfortable and secure at this hotel. The shower had good hot water and towels were soft and good size. The beds were firm and bedding clean, we slept well. Our room faced the pool courtyard so the street and bar noise was minimal. The jacuzzi was not very hot. We appreciated the pastries and coffee in the morning. The secured parking lot was small and very packed but we were able to get in and out without much trouble. I would definitely stay again.

It was a good stay more than I expected. The people were nice the room was good so I really enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable stay, staff was very nice, great location, room had a heater for the cold nights. I have stayed in much worse motels in Baja, this was a pleasant surprise.
“Super Location”
This is a great, secure parking hotel right on the main tourist strip, close to everything. I've stayed here many times and never had a complaint.

It was very noisy. You can hear everything from the courtyard and jacuzzi. The ceiling creaked whenever the folks upstairs walked. The carpet felt sticky and dirty. Some of the lights were not working.
“Dirty and Very Run Down - NEVER AGAIN”
I expected far better on the cleanliness and basic maintenance. I have stayed in many motels/hotels and resorts throughout Baja, and this place was just inexcusable. Everything in our room was broken and covered in dirt and grime. The TV didn't work, the phone was missing the cord, the bed had springs sticking through the mattress, and we couldn't get hot water for more than a few seconds before it would cycle between luke-warm and frigid cold. We notified the front desk, and although apologetic, there wasn't anything they could do since it was a very full night due to Carnival. The location is good, but I would never come here again. We came home and took showers since just staying there made us feel dirty.
“Avkid like the plague.”
I check in on Friday (extremely slow check in) and am quoted a certain amount for 2 nights including taxes. Upon checkout (even slower) the price is significantly higher. Not a huge difference but it's a sign that they lack integrity. Aside from that the beds are not very comfortable, the shower lacked a shower head and the ac was woefully inadequate even for a room near the beach on a cool day. I have traveled up and down both coasts of Baja and this was one of the worst hotels yet. Avoid at all costs.
