It is a very nice hotel.

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: Quiet and very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast. I wish it would have some kind of breakfast bar.
Location: We were there for a reunion so we didn't check on the sorroundings.
We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It was quiet even though it was fully booked.

Friendly Staff and Convenient Location

Posted Dec 20, 2014
Pros: Staff, cheerful atmosphere, location
Cons: bathroom
Location: lots of shops and close to historical downtown, not far from Ft. Rucker
It is a nice motel with a very friendly staff who serves cookies every afternoon and finger foods on Wednesdays. The room is spacious. We had a mishap. There was no hot water, so they gave us another room and apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience. The bathroom looks like it can use an update and remodel, but overall the motel is reasonably priced, and it is located in a very convenient location if you want to go around Enterprise or Ft. Rucker.

Nice stay, very comfortable room

Posted Oct 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
I enjoyed staying at the Candlewood, but there are a few things to be aware of. There is often nobody at the desk, so it is better to call if you have a question from your room or from the lobby. The biggest disappointment was that they do not serve breakfast. I think there was an evening meal or two served, but I was not there during the evening hours. They have a snack room full of goodies that you can charge to your room. but at this rate a good breakfast can get expensive so I opted for a grocery store run and kept breakfast food in the full size refrigerator in my room and cooked on the stove. Overall it is a very comfortable hotel and I would stay there again.

Bad stay

Posted Oct 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
I came to the hotel around 2300 and the lady working on the front desk gave me key to me room and when I went there I found some one in the room and when I went back to the front desk she gave me another key to another room and when i went there the room smell was very bad from the A/C and I went back to the front desk and told her that and asked her to give me my money back she said talk with hotel and when I asked her to give me good price for that room the prise was(115) she said talk with hotel and by that time was 2400 and I have to stay because I have flight morning . HOTEL should stay with good hotels like what they always did like best western in Enterprise is not show up in the Web site.

I am terribly sorry that you had less than an excellent stay with us here at Candlewood Suites, Enterprise, AL. We strive to make sure that all of our guests not only enjoy their stay - but that they feel at home and comfortable. I feel awful that this was apparently not the case with your visit . Even though the issues you experienced were addressed, there was no reason they should have happened. I’m going to most definitely address the situation regarding there being someone in a room that you were assigned to. Also, as unfortunate as it is, when a reservation is made through a 3rd party website – we, at the property level, are not allowed to issue the guest a credit. The hotel isn’t the one charging your card; we’re charging the card of the 3rd party website. Your card is charged at the point the reservation is made, which unfortunately, ties the hands of the hotel. I realize that you had a terrible experience with us - I wish you would give us another opportunity to give you the "WOW" service you deserve. I would definitely like to be able to attempt to make up for the negative experience you had during your last visit. Again, I do apologize for your visit being less that you expected and I hope that, in time, you'll give us another chance to redeem ourselves to you.
