Nice hotel for the economy minded.

Posted Nov 23, 2014
Pros: Bed slept well, better than higher priced hotels.Sleep timer on the tv is a +.Shower/bath insert nice. Ok value for the price.Clean rooms and grounds.
Cons: Breakfast selection and amount available. Thicker matching towels. Updated rooms-bedspreads, furniture, carpet.
Location: Ft Rucker is close by - the reason I reserved at this location.Good number of eating places close by.There is also a publix supermarket across the st.
This hotel is maintained by the owners who live on the property. You can tell they are slowly updating the hotel-new paint, large screen tv (with sleep timer +++), updated mattresses. The towels and linens are clean-don't match, but they do the job. The bedspreads could use replacement. Mine had a noticeable cigarette hole/burn and I was in a non smoking room! The ac/heating unit worked great. The tile floor seemed to need a good cleaning, but after walking barefoot in the room on the carpet and tile, I had very little dirt on my feet. The door did not seal at the bottom and you could feel cold air coming into the room which was negated by the heating unit. The furniture looked a little worn. There was about an inch of dust on the carpet next to the wall when you looked at the space between the dresser and fridge. The breakfast spread I encountered the first morning there: 1 muffin, 1 small apple, no boiled eggs, no yogurt, 2 bagels cut in half, choice of froot loops or corn flakes, a few pieces of bread, orange juice out, waffle maker, no butter. If you want a good breakfast, go somewhere else. The bed did sleep well - better than the LaQuinta I stayed at the next night while traveling. I reserved a room for two nights and the front desk help didn't pay attention and only authorized my electronic key for One night. When I returned from errands with my hands full, I couldn't get into my second floor room - not happy. Luckily, one of the owners was there and let me in.

Great Location

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The price and location
Cons: The walls in the room need painting or cleaning, marks on the walls.
Location: There is not much to do in Enterprise AL. We went to the college and downtown to see the Boll Weevil monument. There was plenty of restaurants close.
When we arrived there was a mix up with our room being non-smoking. After a call to a manager the problem was resolved and we received a non-smoking room. The room was clean but could us a little cosmetic help. The walls were in need of some paint or cleaning. The breakfast was very good and fresh. And the staff was very friendly and cheerful. We will stay there again when we come back to Enterprise.

Great Place for business travel

This hotel was inexpensive, but had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Microwave and fridge was great for when we had leftovers from eating out.

Aged, cheap, but OK

We started out on first floor, room needed a better cleaning, had a kinda funky smell. Suspect it used to be smoking. Second floor room for rest of several-day stay was much better. Pool appeared clean. Staff was polite, nice. Beds good, AC worked. About what I expected at the price point. Breakfast your usual simple fare.

It was a very bad experience. The rooms were dirty and the blankets were full of holes. Never again everyone got sick and I am still recovering from that hotel.
