We were so happy to have found this hotel because there aren't that many in this part of Lancaster County. We were visiting family nearby. The front desk personnel were exceptionally friendly. The room was roomy, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast hosts handled a large crowd with graciousness, in spite of some grumbling about not getting food out fast enough. It was a holiday weekend and everyone seemed to arrive for breakfast at once. (Relax, people. No one could have done better.) We will definitely go there again if the occasion arises again.

Clean, well mantained hotel close to all Lancaster attractions. Continental breakfast was great. Hotel staff was always happy to great you and ask if there is anything they can do.

This hotel is beauriful - up on the hill overlooking Ephrata and the surrounding area. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the room was very comfortable. We were in a handicap room which was nice because there was alot more room in the bathroom. Everything was so clean and pleasant. We would stay there again and would recommen the hotel to anyone staying in Ephrata or the surrounding Dutch Country area. Thank you.

“Clean and Friendly”

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast staff was so friendly and the regular staff was so helpful. The only downside was that the a/c was very noisy. But it was close to 100 degrees outside and the a/c worked so well that I can't really say that's a complaint. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was a very pleasant stay.
