People in the hotel are very nice friendly and accommodating I had a wonderful time. Hotel is very very clean I very recommend at stay at that hotel. important to know. The hotel is ten minutes away from the city center so you must have a vehicle.

Exceptional staying
Exceptional place, clean, spacey, polite personnel. It also offers some spa and massage amenities. Family friendly, just 5km from town center and very quiet!

Small town, great location Polite & friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed our stay. Plum trees at back side of hotels. Fragrance surrounding pool makes it more relaxing.

Loved the location ( slightly out of town, was very peaceful), modern feel hotel, excellent buffet breakfast. Staff were very nice and extremely helpful.

Real gem. Oasis.
I had to use this place as a base whilst my wife was in the nearby hospital. The staff here could not be more helpful. The rooms are large, modern and clean. Great shower. The pool area is fantastic, you could easily spend all day and evening by the pool. The fittings, furniture etc are top notch with no sign of wear and tear. The continental breakfast was sufficient for my needs. 3 choices of cereal, 2 cooked meats,2 cheeses, pastries, OJ and teas and coffees. I have not stayed at anywhere else in Greece so have nothing to compare in Greece, but the quality was excellent. As a 51 year old I’ve seen alot of hotels and cruise ships. This was excellent. The manageress ordered a taxi for me each day. Never more than 5 minutes away. Trip to hospital around 6 euro. Taxi to centre of town around 8 euro. They recommended a superb restaurant in town. (Balsamico) lots of locals, cheap local food 22 euros for 3 plates of food, a coke and 500ml of house wine +++ clean, luxurious, grateful, helpful staff, english spoken by key staff, amongst the best pool areas I have ever seen, good food, close to hospital. Superb value for money. - about 5km from town centre but taxis overcome that.

Loved it!
Great place, beautiful quiet location surrounded by mountains and really lovely staff. Would highly recommend if you're not bothered about being in the city centre

Nice, new and clean property. Big rooms which are well furnished. A swimming pool is in construction which will be an additional advantage. A bit away from town but the owners send us detailed instructions how to find the hotel. Ioanina town is several kilometers away, but you will definitely need a car to reach it. The town itself is lovely, full of life. Many young people, nice lake and walking street around the castle.

Unexpected surprise
Traveling in northern Greece, needed a hotel for the night and used hotels.com to locate this Hidden Gem in Ioannina. was great and very professionally and kindly. Room exceeded my expectations, clean, cool and all the amenities I needed. I would definitely recommend for those looking to stay just a few minutes outside of the city center.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were very modern. Best shower I've had in Greece. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Comfortable rooms at the Ellopia Point Ioannina
We have stayed at this hotel twice this year as it is very close 5 minutes drive from Ioannina's University hospital where we had appointments. it is also easy to get to the centre/lakeside of Ioannina (about 15 minutes drive). The rooms are very large and well equipped and there is plenty of closet space. There is also a small kitchen area, no cooking facilities but there is a fridge/mini bar and microwave and food serving area. A few plates, cups, glasses etc are provided. On the 2nd occasion, there were no cups but after reporting this to receptionist, he provided them straight away. On the whole, a very pleasant and comfortable stay with helpful and friendly staff.

Fun little hotel in an odd spot
The room and hotel are very modern and clean. Room was large and comfortable, the staff very helpful. Negatives include a dirt drive and parking lot, lack of in room tea/coffee facilities, and the hotel is not near anything.

Great room but not great location
Very comfortable and clean bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast. Hotel location is far away from city attractions and other services. Close to the Ioannina University campus. Neighborhood is still being built and is not truly urban. Public transportation is a long walk from the hotel. Need a car to move around.

Convenient location about 10 min walk from metro station with direct access to airport and city centre. Very helpful and polite English speaking staff. Comfortable rooms, however the bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation and suffered from humidity.

Beautiful Hotel
We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and to be honest I think we might have been the first to stay there it was so new and clean. It was well equipped with a small kitchen area and balcony. The location is on the outskirts of the town in a residential area. It was very quiet, probably helped by the fact we stayed in shoulder season and there were not many guests. Breakfast was quite typical in style and good quality. The owners and staff were lovely. At the time of writing there are a couple of inaccuracies on the website: 1) there is loads of parking 2) ignore the location map, the hotel is near the University junction with the ring road. It's about 8km from the heart of Ioannina so a short drive.

Αριστο, το συστηνω !!
Μειναμε για 1 βραδυ στο δρομο μας για Θεσσαλονικη. Βρισκεται περιπου 6 χλμ μακρια απο τα Γιαννενα σε ησυχη περιοχη. Ειναι κατασκευασμενο με τη μορφη διαμερισματων και οι χωροι ειναι πολυ μεγαλοι. Η υποδοχη ηταν πολυ φιλοξενη , μας εδωσαν χαρτη και συστασεις που να φαμε το βραδυ και πραγματικα μας εστειλαν στα καλυτερα που μονοι μας δεν θα τα βρισκαμε. Επειδη βρισκονται σε εργασιες επεκτασης πρεπει να δουν λιγο το θεμα με την παροχη νερου γιατι οταν σε διπλανο διαμερισμα ανοιγει το ζεστο νερο, κρυωνει αποτομα στο δικο μας. Οταν παω ξανα στα Γιαννενα θα το προτιμησω.

Très bon hôtel
L'Hotel se situe dans la périphérie de Ioannina et il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurant à proximité., bon à savoir si vous n'avez pas de voiture. Il est aussi un peu difficile à trouver . L'ensemble du complexe de l'hôtel était très bien. La chambre était plus que spacieuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuner manquait un peu de variété mais était globalement satisfaisant
