Very clean, nice pool, great hot breakfast, friendly staff and great location- right by a lot of shopping centres. Good value, would recommend!

Problem with keys at checkin which was rectified, but horrible login to wifi, never did get it to work after multiple calls and trips to desk. Drunk parents downstairs making too much noise and kids left unattended running up and down hallways and knocking on doors at 11pm. No staff at desk half the time and no enforcement of noise levels for guests.
The hotel is right next to the mall area so lots of shopping and several great restaurant choices. There was hot breakfast available right at the hotel and complimentary coffee or tea 24 hrs. Pleasant staff and very clean.
Always enjoy our stay.. rooms are cleans beds are super comfy.. staff is very nice and breakfast is good love the coffee.. 12:00 check out is awesome don’t feel rushed..

I selected this hotel because it was listed on Expedia as "Pet Friendly." No pet fees were disclosed when I made the booking (through Expedia) but when I arrived at the hotel--late at night--I was informed there would be a large pet fee. At that point, I felt stuck and had no opportunity to shop around for a lower pet fee.

Everything was good. The only two things that I didn't like were the breakfast and climate control refrigerator. They didn't have any fruit or non-pork options for breakfast. The refrigerator didn't stay cold the whole time, it only has a 2-hour chill option which doesn't allow leftover food to stay cold.

I will never stay here again. Had to wait a long time to get checked in. The breakfast buffet was a jok re. Not much to choose from. Corner Narket fridge was empty.I wa upgraded to a suite, but it isn't like any suite I stayed in before. Usually a suite has a kitchenette in it.
