very lovely hotel by the water...very enjoyable...

Cons: Didnt like the parking fee...You should get it free if you are staying at the hotel..
Location: went to some winerys and the park across the lake was pretty..
very relaxing time and the hotel is beautiful...We will go back next year...The room was very nice and a nice view also..

Pros: very friendly staff
Location: Beautiful location, only there for an overnight stay can not say much about things to do nearby
Up graded us to a different room but the upgrade was a room with one bed instead of 2. The room was then made extremely smaller with a fold out bed.

Pros: The clean bedding. The polite staff.
Cons: More amenities for the price, such as a free movie or a bottle of wine. Try using some other products for cleaning the towels. They had an odd odor.
A little expensive for two nights. Low batteries in the TV remote. They did give me a small discount for my birthday.

Disappointing experience through Expedia.

I purchased a one night stay at the Sheraton through expedia.com.I was under the impression that I would get a bayfront view but I got the marina view in a handicap room. while I was there I had to get the air conditioner repaired, the television repaired, and the room sprayed with air freshener because it smelled. I got the feeling that Expedia clients are treated like the red headed step children.

Only place I'd stay in Erie, PA

Pros: Ryan at the front desk stood out in particular. Friendly times 1000.
Cons: Little things like maybe the bedding - sounded like paper when you moved and the pillows could have been better.
Location: Great location. Close to pretty much anything you want to do in Erie.
Great experience in this hotel. Wife was impressed from the drive-up to when we left.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Whenever we are in the area we love looking forward to staying at this place. We travel with our dog and this is totally dog friendly :) Even the nearby beach allows dogs on the beach. We got a deluxe room with a view and the sunsets are breathtaking. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice hotel on the bay.

Cons: The music was too loud in the pool area.
Location: Close to Presque Isle State Park--beautiful beaches, wonderful bike trail.
The room was very comfortable. Beautiful view of the bay. Outdoor breakfast area was very nice. Excellent food and service.

Pros: the pillows and the view.
Cons: wish the bathrooms were larger.
Had a beautiful view of the lake. the bedding comfortable luxurious. The hotel dinning room had the best food we ever ate and the staff was excellent from the bartender to the bus people.
