Everything so amazing..leave hotel and get chairlift.. Snow wasn't ready, season hasnt open yet but Hotel services extremely good, amazing open buffet breakfast and mountain view and friendly stuff made our getaway priceless.. Worth every penny.. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

I left two days early from a month long stay. I felt very uncomfortable in the atmosphere of this hotel. Staff where quite inhumane and aggressive. I regret spending my money here, much happier in a simple hotel

Hotel is ok for skiing of course if skiing facility is working. Breakfast was very good one the best I had in Turkey in not all inclusive hotels. But staff at front desk don't speak English this is small disadvenatge

Perfect winter stay
Excellent stay with great service, specifically from Memet at the front desk. Most staff don’t speak English, so you might need to translate on your phone if you are a tourist. The breakfast wasn’t the best, considering it was cold and wrapped up due to COVID. The location though is excellent, right at the base of a ski lift and ticket sales centre. Rooms do not have kettles and tea/ coffee, but they are very comfortable. We had a suite which looked out onto the slopes. So quaint and beautiful.

It's a good Hotel, slightly old but it's good. The breakfast is basic and you don't get a ski pass... that all said the location is simply amazing

Acceptable stay.
The hotel requires maintenance, it is a little bit old and it is not well cleaned. Breakfast it is mostly Turkish standard, no expresso coffee unless you pay for it, no natural juices. Personal at the hotel are not professionals they are kind and try to do their best, none of them speak English. Location it is great, ski station it is amazing.

Good Value
Stayed for a weekend’s snowboarding. The hotel is in a great location right next to the cable car entrance. Food in the bar was very good as was breakfast. Spa is also worth a visit

This property is very run down. It needs to be renovated badly. Also one side faces the mountain so you have lights facing into your room at all hours and music blarring.

No more what it was...
In a very quite place, easy to reach. But these are all good news because, first, they couldn't find my reservation. Second, they changed my reservation, another room with no breakfast included. It took us 30 min to get what we've paid for, with phones, mails forward and so on. Unpleasant! The apartment was, for sure, a very good one but no more:black spots in the bathroom, lime missing on the walls, burnt carpet old furniture and even a hole in the sheets.

Nice place but neglected and low service quality
The room was in good condition but not clean, especially bathroom. I have noticed the herbs are not washed well and let the stuff know about it. Next day nothing changed. The receptionist gave a price 100tl for airport transfer in a shared shuttle for two, which is way too higher than taxi fare(75tl) :). Hotel phisically in good condition and good location but the service and stuff behavior is not my best experience. Plus: The wardrope in the room has an illumination but it wasnt functional. The room phone were unplugged from the line, non functional. Bathroom ventilation was malfunctional.

Nice place for a ski vacation
It is a great location for skiing and snowboarding. The hotel is right at the bottom of the larger ski lifts in the area. It's not close to the city center, so it's a little difficult to get to restaurants, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take into the city.

Great location, Great hotel.
Although it had some stains on the carpet and maybe needed a lick of paint here or there in the bedroom, I had no complaints. Reading the other reviews I was expecting the worst. It was far better than what I was expecting. The bed was great!.

Great Ski Holiday!
We made our third trip to the Palandoken Ski Lodge. Its a little older and rustic looking, but we love it! The people are great and my boys learned how to ski from an instructor we met at the hotel ski shop. Fantastic!!

Great Ski holiday for the family!
What a wonderful trip! If you have a chance to visit Erzurum in the winter, Dedeman Hotel is a great value. We stayed and lift tickets and meals were included in the price. Both of our children (ages 4 and 6) skied right from the hotel's front door. The rental shop and gear room were both attached to the hotel, so it was easy to go from breakfast right out to the slopes. The guys working in the gear/locker room were fabulous. They helped our kids get their boots on and off everyday. There was a bit of confusion about the reservation through hotels.com, but that was cleared up fairly easily. Overall, a great trip and a chance to ski without lift lines!

Great place for a family ski holiday
If the idea of a good, old fashioned ski holiday appeals to you then the Palandoken Ski Resort is perfect. All the important modern things are there. The food is fine. The resort is beautiful with the necessities and luxury items like the spa. The abundance of hardwood architecture and absence of a pool give it that pleasurable rustic feel. We arrived on Saturday with our 5 and 7 year old sons who had seen two days of snow in their lives and never even seen snow skis. On Thursday when we departed they were skiing the mountain from the top of the Gondola with us. Amazing! An attached rental store and ski locker room add incredible convenience to the ski to the hotel experience! I love the resort and the mountain. The instructors were incredible with our kids. I can't wait to return.

Not good!
The only good point was the location to the lifts for skiing. Spend a little more and go to Xanadu Snow White, I stayed there January last year and wished I had booked earlier enough to secure a room this year.

Sevimli bir otel. Odalar temiz, alaka iyiydi. Yemekler daha iyi olabilirdi. Otel pistlerin aşağısında ama telesiyejlere yakın bu konuda rahat ve otele inen pist var. Kayak odaSpa bölümünde kese köpük kötüydü ama masaj iyiydi.

Dedeman'a standardına yakışmadı
Odamın tuvaletinden inanılmaz bir gider kokusu geliyordu. sabaha kadar cam açık uyumak zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca odaya geceleri sigara konkusu geliyordu. Hem alerjik astı-ımı hem de sigara kokusundan nefret ederim. Otel yetkilisi ile paylaştığımda otelde düzenlenen partilerde uyarılarına rağmen sigara içilmesini önleyemediklerini bu hususta yapabilecekleri birşeyin olmadığını söylediler. Toplam 3 gece kaldım 2 gecesinde de parti vardı ve bu nedenle kalabalıktan dolayı ne lobide oturabildim ne de sigara kokusundan odamda oturabildim. Buz gibi havada ve dağ başında vakit geçirebileceğim bir yer de olmadığından benim için çok sıkıntılı bir tatil oldu. Çok isteyerek ve mutlu olarak seçmiş olduğum bu Dedeman oteli beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.

Erzurum da üniversite öğrenci sayısı 50.000 civarındadır. İl bazında kış festivalleri yılda bir kere yapılması nedeniyle öncelikle üniversite öğrencileri ve Erzurum halkından büyük talep almaktadır. Bu tarihlerde bölgede bulunan bütün otellerde aynı yoğunluk yaşanmakta ve ne yazık ki belirtmiş olduğunuz gibi sigara kullanımı ile ilgili otel yönetiminin de sıkıntı yaşadığı durumlar da oluşmaktadır. Festival tarihi dışında otelimizde sigara kullanımı ile ilgili kurallar esnetilmeden uygulanmakta ve misafirlerimiz adına olumsuz durumlar yaşanmamaktadır.Sizleri yeniden Dedeman Ski Lodge otel’de ağırlama ve otel ve durumu düzeltme fırsatı bulmayı ümit ediyoruz.Saygılarımla,Bora KanberGenel Müdür
