“exceeded expectations!”

I will definitely return to the Sheraton in Essen, the staff made the whole experience a complete pleasure.T he service was discreet and friendly , but not over the top .We were given a fabulous room ,with comfortable beds and everything worked. One example of the service is that I told the barman that I liked wasabi peanuts and when I next went down to the bar for a drink he had filled a bowl with them for me! great wine selection too!We will definitely return diana sw london

Very friendly and helpful staff. Conscierge booked us into a fantastic Italian restaurant at very short notice.

“Impressive”

The standard of the hotel is truly 5* - It's amazing. It met and exceeded every expectation I had. Nothing was out of place - perfect. All the employees are polite and extremely helpful. I would definately go here again.

“Sheraton Essen”

Rooms are under renovation. The day we arrived we had a room on the first floor (not renewed). The bedspreads were torn and the carpet too. I asked the person at the front desk for another room and told me that no more rooms were available (I do not believe). The next day we had a different room. It was like being in two different hotels. Just stay in renewed rooms.

“good business hotel”

no none-sense business hotel. rooms are a bit old fashioned but they are clean. would come again if there's a business meeting in Essen.
