This hotel was in a great location with easy parking, either on the street for free or in the hotel car park for a charge. Our room was quiet and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

All was fine. Minor problem was Wifi could not be connected to through your Log-in page. We expected to have a bath, but ended up in a Disabled centric wet room with a shower - not a real problem

Great place except for Internet issues
Very nice place except that the Internet had too many issues during our stay and the coffee was not hot enough.

Excellent modern hotel
I stayed here whilst visiting a customer in Bochum. The hotel is very modern and extremely clean. At first the area around the hotel looks poor but it is actually quite nice. The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds plenty of space and a great walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items and really nice fresh rolls and croissants.

Excellent hotel for the price
Really couldn't fault this place.Having already stayed in a number of Holiday Inns on our trip, which were very nice we found this place to be even better. Well located, clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good buffet style breakfast, with hot and cold choices. When we went out for dinner they even had umbrellas to loan to us. Stayed 12 Aug 2014

Mir fehlte der Zimmerkühlschrank! Die Dusche könnte etwas mehr Druck vertragen. Das Frühstück war gut und ließ nur wenig Wünsche offen. Die Innenstadt von Essen ist nicht schön. Gute Lokale sind eher außerhalb. Das Bett war ausreichend breit. Ganz toll ist die Möglichkeit sein e-bike abzustellen und Wieder aufzuladen. Der e-bike Schuppen war sehr groß.

Hotel und Frühstück waren sehr angenehm. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral, allerdings ist die direkte Umgebung nicht so ansprechend. Aber der Weg nach Steele und Rüttenscheid ist ja nicht weit.

Et ordentlig hotell i en flott hage i Essen
Hyggelig opphold på et veldrevet hotell med en hyggelig personlig betjening som gjorde oppholdet veldig fint. Et nydelig hageområde rundt hotellet. Jeg satt ute til langt på kveld og hørte svartrosten synge.

Für Essen eine gute Wahl
Gutes Stadthotel mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und voll ok für geschäftliche Übernachtungen. Frühstück ebenfalls absolut ok.

Es war zwar nur eine nacht und kein Frühstück aber haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war super. Hatte am Anfang angst wegen der straße und straßenbahn aber die hat man nur ganz ganz minimal gehört wenn man ganz genau hinhört und keine weiteren Nebengeräusche waren. Das einzige was nicht so gut war der Parkplatz war so voll das man in einer Nachbarstraße ca. 300 m entfernt parken musste. Aber sonst gar nix auszusetzten würden sigar wieder kommen.
