Great, though pricy hotel. Excellent bedrooms, well equipped. Breakfast excellent too. We didn't have dinner, but the menu looked good.
It has a good leisure club. We used the pool, steam room and sauna. There was also a gym, but we didn't venture that far!
I wouldn't stay there if you we're only having a few hours rest. It is expensive and so you need time to use all their facilities

I had arranged for my mother and me to stay for a few days in order to do our Christmas shopping... the room was superb overlooking the estuary.
I was a little disappointed as my original booking through Expedia was less than the final total cost.
It stated in the online booking that the room was available and if an extra bed was needed they could put one in. On arrival the room we have 421 had a queen size bed and a sofa bed, so why was I charged the extra for the use of the extra bed, when the room was a family room.

From booking into the hotel the receptionist was very friendly with clear instructions to our room, on the ground floor. The room was lovely and light and clean. Breakfast was nice and a wide choice, though a lot of the tables had not been cleared the waitress came over straight away and got one ready for us. We will definitely stay here again and recommend, good value for money.
