Excellent hotel, room above party room so very noisy until 12am but all quiet after that, very comfy, excellent food and service.

Great Location for Dartford businessPosted Jul 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
Location was great for Dartford, but not good at all if you want to do anything and I do mean anything. To compensate for this, the hotel, bar and restaurant were great so there wasn't a need to go out. You won't need your camera for the surroundings.

Affordable hotel, 25 minute easy drive to ExcelPosted Jun 30, 2013
Pros: Wifi is very important to me the system at the Thurrock worked great...even in the car park!
Cons: A lift, at least for the luggage, I was at the top of the stairs which was a good climb with my heavy bag. They do offer a porter if you need it.
Location: Lakeside mall for shopping and the Boardwalk for many restaurant choices. Many small villages with unique shops and Pubs lets you mix with the locals
Nice countryside setting, with easy access to the A13 and M25. Lakeside Mall is right there so MANY choices for food and retail. Real Pubs in Aveley only about 2 miles away. I am an American that is not afraid to drive in the UK so this is a great place to stay with a car. Breakfast is good, pub food was good as well I was here for 6 days and took several meals at the hotel. Prices in London are crazy so this is a great value.

Friendly staff but low rate hotelPosted Jun 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was a huge disappointment and the hotel itself lacked any atmosphere, it felt like I was back in the seventies!

Reasonable bolt holePosted Jun 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Chose this hotel as premier inn was full it was ok for an over night bolt hole. Ok for the money, wi if and decent breakfast included. Plenty of parking

AveragePosted Apr 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Receptionist very helpful. Great powerful shower but bathroom door couldn't shut. No bedside light. Breakfast could be a lot better ... congealed scrambled eggs were not very appetising. The staff at breakfast were complaining in earshot of guests about staffing levels and an issue with tablecloths, not very professional. The smell of cigarette smoke kept wafting into the bedroom via the air vents.
