“Great Condo for Families in Estes Park CO”

We stayed at the Beaver Brook on the River in Estes Park, CO for four nights and the accommodations were great. Everything we needed to have "at home" convenience at an affordable price. The condo was like new and worked great for my wife and I with our three teenage kids. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient to Estes Park and right near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Clean, simple condo units in a convenient location. Outside of town, but on a river with nice hot tubs and sitting areas. Sits off the road a bit which helps with the traffic noise. Located across the street from an excellent restaurant. Overall a good place to stay in conjunction with a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park

“NOT WHAT I PAID FOR...”

I was looking for someplace to take family visiting from out of town and specifically, somewhere along the river in Estes Park. I paid $75 more than every other hotel/condo I looked at because the description and the photos showed the room facing the river. When I got there, though the entire establishment was practically empty, I was given a room on the opposite side facing a busy and noisy street...not to mention the tavern. The response I received when I inquired about a room facing the creek was, after a long pause, "well you probably had a choice to pay more for a room along the river". There was no one else there! The least she could have done was ask...Poor customer service and the beds were horrendously uncomfortable. Don't waste your money...go elsewhere and at least get what you think you paid for.
