The staff was very polite when arriving they had excellent service I need to complain about is the beds are extremely hard and comfortable never had that before. What I heard after our stay is that there is someone else that would go there with the grandchildren to stay there and most of the time pool was out of order so now they stay at another hotel and with our stay the pool was out of order not great when you have your three kids looking forward to swimming Janice
