Erbprinz - Amazing Spa Experience

Happy New Year! I want to sent you a note to say THANK YOU for a wonderful experience at your hotel. My husband and I checked in on December 30 for a one night stay. From the moment we arrived the customer service we received was exceptional - above and beyond our expectations. Your staff was polite, professional and paid close attention to every detail. They were very conscientious to make sure we knew our way around inside and outside the hotel including finding the parking lot and that our room met our standards. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at the restaurant Sybille. The food was delicious with generous portions and the customer service was top notch. This was a delightful gourmet meal in a relaxing environment. The spa was an amazing experience for us. We had one hour massages on Saturday morning. A very relaxing way to enjoy the final day of 2011! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of your beautiful infinity pool and the areas for relaxing around the pool. The steam room, saunas and whirl tubs just further enhanced our relaxing spa experience. We appreciated your attention to detail with blankets on the lounge chairs, soap/shampoo in the shower area, lots of towels and an employee readily available for assistance. Loved having bathrobes and slippers in our room too. Your hotel and spa facilities were immaculately clean and well maintained. A sincerely thank you to everyone for your wonderful English! This was a memorable trip for us and we definitely look forward to returning to your hotel in 2012.

Some renovations are carried out at the moment. Food was very good in the Bistro Breakfast top class. Room very old decoration. Bathroom very good nd modern but small.

REALLY REALLY great place to visit. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are big, well equipped, just fantastic. Spa was a little small, but offered some of everything, as well as the fitness room. Wellness center was also an enjoyable visit. I will definitly return here for my weekend getaways!
