“No complaints”

They were great. Clean room, right near the freeway, but couldn't hear it from our room. Decent area. Dog friendly. I have nothing bad to say about it.

“Great Value”

Although this hotel is not as upscale as many of the surrounding ones, the front desk people were wonderful and very friendly. Our room was quite large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a great value, since the other hotels in the area are easily 40-50% more expensive.

“Security Issue”

I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat except for one problem. The place is very convenient, staff were great and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. However! At check-in I was handed a sheet of paper with my credit card details neatly obliterated so I could approve the rate. All fine. Then the sheet was run through the credit card machine. Now ALL my details (Name, complete address and full credit card number) are clearly embossed on the back of the sheet. When I pointed this out I was asked to pay $100 cash as an alternative, and I would if I could, but this is an identity theft opportunity awiting to happen. I have to emphasize the people couldn't have been nicer but there's gotta be a better way to handle this transaction.

“Review: Best Western Grand Manor Inn”

Nice hotel, great location. very nice room. The room layout was a pleasent suprise. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The morning breakfast was not the greatest. They had cereal and fruit - great. But the rest was biscuits with gravy and super high calorie sticky buns - not great. So, a little disappointed with that.

“You'll want to go back”

If you are looking for a location that is not directly on a busy thoroughfare but easily accessible, this is the place. This Best Western is the best I have experienced with its friendly, helpful and attentive staff. They all seemed to want your stay to be comfortable and wanted you to come back, they even asked us to return!! The rooms are large and should be listed as suites. They have sitting areas, desks with wireless access, refrigerators and micro-waves along with the usual coffee maker. I couldn't see why they had all this in the room when the lobby had coffee,tea, and hot chocolate mixes avaialble 24 hours. The breakfast even had biscuits and gravy with fruits, breads,cereals, and juices. On top of this they had an attendant that made sure you received fresh and hot foods. My thanks to the entire staff for an exemplary facility. I will return when I am in the Eugene/ Springfield area.
