Nice Hotel Close to Food

Pros: Nice staff and excellent breakfast
Currently remodeling but not a problem. Close to a variety of restaurants including a brew pub all in walking distance. East on and off I-5.

Pros: The room was very big and clean. The location is an ideal with other amenities like: restraurants and stores.

This is a great place to stay. They are very clean, staff is wonderful and they have a pool. I have stayed here a couple of times a year for many years and have never been disappointed.

Pros: Price, location (nothing beats a good night sleep), friend staffs and breakfast.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Crater Lake
Very good price and location (off Hwy 5 with some other buildings in between to block out the freeway noise and many restaurants nearby. Recently remodeled even with wall paper in bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Plenty to eat for breakfast (scrambled egg, sausage, yogurt, breakfast burrito, cereal, toast etc.). We call in for late check in and the AC was on when we get there. Highly recommended.

this hotel is very clean and up to date. The balconies off the rooms are a nice touch. The staff was wonderful. The location was a bit busy but it was also within walking distance of several restaurants.

Pros: Extremely clean, they take pride and it shows.
Cons: the breakfast, wasn't up to most hotels.
Location: Location is Springfield Oregon, plenty to do in the area.
I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel rooms, roomy, comfy and clean. We will be staying there when we come into town.

Great stay when in town for a Ducks game !!

Pros: The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable.
Location: About 12 minutes drive tot he game.
Stayed here one night before heading to an Oregon Ducks game. Room had a nice size TV and was very spacious. Very helpful staff and a very comfortable bed. Would recommend to anyone who needs a nice, clean place to stay.

Poor management and terrible customer service

I never see a hotel management like this terrible. I was booked 1 night 2 rooms through Expedia at this hotel Oct 12-13, I check in at Oct 13 6am early morning, because friends and me on the road trip to SFO, we just stay few hours get some sleep then left at Oct 13 noon, we did return the room cards at front counter when we leaving. Somehow after few we stay, I look at my bank statement, the hotel charge twice of the price. I make a call to this hotel manager, got told my reservation is through Expedia, I have to talk to them first, let Expieda confirm with "her" I was just booked 1 night 2 rooms online, after make some calls, Expedia confrimed with her my reservation was right. But when I request refund for that extra charge to manager, she keep saying I sign the check in paper it's for 2 nights, that's ridiculous! That's cheating customers! Is the right way they doing business? I really don't think so! I talked to the manager at last week Thursday about my extra charge, she promised me investigate with employees then call me back at Monday, I wait until afternoon, no one call in tell me how's the thing going. I have to called the hotel again ask, employee say manager not on duty, let me leave contact wait for them call back. Still waiting on call, very disappointed manager's promise and the way she handled this case. I still can't believe I "paid" $442 for 2 rooms just stay there for few hours! I rather sleep in car, won't stay at this hotel again, highly not recommend it
