“Ducks”

Very comfortable room and the bed was nice. Room service did not restock our coffee or coffee condiments on our last night there.

“One major problem”

I had requeted a handicap room which we did not get. We were told it was not requested. That made it very difficult for my wife. She is in a wheelchair, Other than that the staff was all very friendly and helpful. Tha Continental breakfast was very goodl. The room was very clean.

“would stay again”

Right across the street from U of O--just walk over! Breakfast was amazing, and while there was a nasty fold thru the middle of the carpet, it was a reasonable price and everything else was just fine. We'd go again.

“It is a great stop off the Interstate 5”

This hotel was a pleasant suprise, when we drove up we expected it to look cheap but we were only going to be there for one night on our way to San Francisco. The hotel looks much better than in the picture and the room was very clean. Ron at the front desk was very friendly and we were impressed with the service. The only downside to the whole experience was that we were on the third floor which was great, but there is no elevators, so we had to take everything up the stairs. Cute little sundeck on each room but not so good if you are on the first floor. Breakfast was served early so we were able to get on the road again, It was mainly cereal and danishes. Candy machine I think had 20 year old candy in it. Overall it was a good experience so we book it again on our way home. The only problem was the wi-fi did not work in our room, it worked on the first stay. If you want food around there, go to Market of Choice, great deli and bakery.

“Rough on the outside, nice on the inside”

The exterior of this hotel didn't inspire confidence but the room was very nice. The parking lot and general environment around the hotel reminded me of the low-end motels we used to stay at when I was young. However, the interior appeared to be recently remodeled and was really quite nice. The room was large and in good repair. The kids liked the pool and exercise room and the continental breakfast was adequate.

“Very nice”

We really enjoyed this hotel. The service was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The Thai restaurant next door was absolutely wonderful!!!! The only suggestion I have is to have the hot tub be hotter. It was too cold.

“Good location but somewhat dirty”

We only stayed here one night. They accepted our 2 Bostons (with a small fee) and we found a nice place to walk them nearby. Front desk service was very accommodating. Room was a bit dirty and the concrete of the "balcony" was very spotted. Overall, an OK and reasonably priced place to stay while in Eugene, particularly if you want to be near U. of O.

“Great last minute accomodations”

The room was very nice. I thought I had booked a room with 1 queen bed, but it turned out the room had two queen beds which worked out better. Accommodations were comfortable. The room was clean. And pets were allowed. The complimentary breakfast was just ok, but served in a pretty gathering room. Short drive to shops and restaurants. We would definitely book at this hotel again, if we were in the area.

“Comfortable suites slept great”

Very comfortable suites located across the street from the University of Oregon campus. Best hotel beds I've slept in for the last 5 years. Had a great nights sleep.

“A Review you definately need to read!”

IThe Best Western Greentree Inn that is located in Eugene,Oregon, I am assuming you are speaking of, I will NOT return to. The check out staff was rude and really didn't care if they were there or not. The motel smelled like mold. The rooms themselves appeared to be clean, but the rest was definately not something that I would ever recomend to someone. The following night, I went to LaQuinta. Which was actually a little cheaper and much much nicer as were the staff members. The Best Western that I stayed at in Roseburg, was very clean, breakfast area was very clean, desk clerks could not have been any more helpful. A female traveling alone, I felt very safe there, it was in a very user friendly area, and everything worked in my room. Doesn't get any better than that. This Best Western I will not hesitate to go back to. Their staff should receive special recognition as far as I am concerned. They actually saved me as far as my opinion on the overall name of Best Western. I consider myself a professional business woman and I cover two states on a regular basis, THIS Best Western in Roseburg, I will definately return to.
