Dated facilities but close to campusPosted Nov 18, 2013
Pros: Front office personnel were very pleasant.
Cons: The facilities including bathrooms are dated.
Location: Great location. Easy walking distance to campus. Located on a busy street.
Great location close to campus. This motel is fine at its regularly advertised price. However, I ended up paying another surcharge on top of two and one-half times normal because it was a football weekend. The room was clean and facilities older and unremarkable 1950s-60s vintage. The markup was grossly excessive.

Easy to find... just look for the "raining trees"Posted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: The Staff was great.
Cons: The Continental Breakfast definitely needs improvement. It would help if you set it up in the conference room and had more choices.
Location: Easy access to any direction. Just down the street from Voodoo Donuts! Yummy.
After driving around a while trying to pick a hotel in Eugene we saw the blue falling LED lights in the trees on Broadway. They caught our eye and we looked it up on Expedia. The price was within our budget. The staff, Grace, was very nice and helpful. The room had an unpleasant aroma, but nothing a little air freshener didn't fix. The continental breakfast didn't have hardly anything so don't count on this place to fill up for breakfast. The room was comfortable, and the staff was nice. Overall, I would stay here again, it was very easy to find my way around town to and from this motel.

Easy to find right off the freeway.Posted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: I liked being close to freeway. I learned my way around the area I was in pretty good.
Cons: Maids pay closer attention to cleaning of the room, make it smell fresher. Also wipe down doors and walls more often.
Location: There's a McDonalds just a few blocks down the street. Close to U of O. Great for non picky travels.
I don't smoke and I was in a non smoking room. I was somewhat disappointed when I discovered my room was right on the smoking patio. I could smell smoke and had to walk through it when I walked up and down stairs to and from car. Two nights in a row there were rowdy people outside my room. I did however sleep really well. I was happy with the comfort of the bed. I think hotel maids could spend more time with cleaning of the room. Like wipe down bathroom door and may attention to finer detail because people like me do. I would stay here again, give it another chance in future. I would have to request not to be placed by smokers patio.

wonderful for U of Oregon and downtown EugenePosted Aug 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel offers very nice rooms and good service in a convenient location. Eugene´s vibrant downtown is just 5-10 minute walk. Front desk personnel were very willing to work with us to accommodate special requests.

great location and great pricePosted Jul 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
My boyfriend and I came down from Gresham, OR to see a show at the Cuthbert so the location was perfect since we were drinking and reasonable price for location and quality of everything. Only thing that bugged me was check in was 11am and we got there after 12 and had to wait 2+ hours for a room. I understand they have to clean it but it did not look busy and we were tired and I wanted to shower since we just woke up and went. Other than that, I will be going here again if I go to Eugene.

Inexpensive, clean, and cute!Posted Jul 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
So if you are looking for a 5 diamond resort this is not it, but if you want a clean, comfortable, inexpensive room with a 24 hour hot tub this is the place. The front desk attendant was extremely nice. It is downtown close to bars and restaurants and they had these awesome blue dripping lights in the trees out front!!! :-) I will definitely come back to Campus Inn!! Also just FYI our room had a mini fridge which is always nice.
