“Perfect stay”

Staff was very friendly, and the buffet (free through Expedia) was very good. The room was quiet, very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

“comfort away from home”

this particular hotel was very comfortable and provided services that were very considerate of the traveler. It was also easy to access from the highway, had several restaurants within walking distance and provided amenities that made the stay convenient.

“We loved the downy soft bed and pillows”

The bed was soft as a cloud and the pillows were just right. Often the pillows in a hotel are too tall and fluffy, these perfect. There were 4 of them, 2 were firmer for people who like that and 2 were flatter and softer (like down pillows) for those like my husband and I who like that best. We slept very well on the fluffy soft mattress and woke up feeling great. The only minus was instead of 1 caffeinated coffee and 1 decaffeinated coffee the room had 2 decafs. Yuk. An oversight on the housekeepers part.

“Great bed!”

We just stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll be back next time we're in town. The bed was so comfy we slept like logs. And everything was very clean. Staff were very friendly and gave good directions also.

“Wonderful Customer Service!”

The staff was wonderful. they had newer tv's installed and my daughter with a broken foot was going to be doing lots of TV... and when the pay per view feature didn't work.. they kept trying until finally moving us to a new room - with a courtyard view for our trouble. They were great and it made our stay enjoyable. We'll certainly be back.

“nice place to stay”

I really like the trend of mid- and upper- hotels doing away with the scary bed comforter. The white comforter (aka clean!) trend is so nice. Great hotel overall with a small but nice pool and hot tub.

“Great Hotel right off I-5”

I really liked this hotel. It was convenient for the business I was doing and the room was clean and comfortable. I liked it and I will stay here again.

The beds were firm. Pillows were the best I've ever encountered(we like down)and they were not down! surprise! Staff were excellent-housekeeping and check in personnel. Good restarants in the area. East on/off of major interstate freeways.

“Friendly staff”

I had an enjoyable stay. I was pleased at the number of staff all over the hotel that greeted me throughout my visit. Shuttle was convenient to dinner and back. Great dinner suggestion. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and the made to order omelet was perfect.

“First time stay here. Will go back.”

Front desk staff accomodating and helpful, but did not seem to know many local restaurants at all. Changed room from dark to sunny location was not a problem. Asked for and received refrigerator but was not told about available microwave oven until next to last day, too late by then. All staff very friendly, always said "Hello." Free in-room broadband internet appreciated. Freeway close and easilly accessable. Would stay there again.
