“Good alternative to high priced hotels”

If you are looking for a good night sleep and not pay high hotel rates, this is a good place to stay. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Rooms are clean and the area is not noisy.

“Eugene on a budget”

Front desk staff was outstanding. The hotel is located between to major streets which makes it very convenient but very noisy.

“No microwave”

No microwave. Have never been in any motel (even the cheapies) that did not have a microwave oven.

“Not as good as I hoped.”

The room is very small for two adults; one has to crawl over the bed when another is seated at the desk. Cobwebs in an upper corner. The freezer in the refrigerator was so encrusted with ice the door to the refrigerator wouldn't close. We were there two nights and they defrosted the refrigerator after our first night when I reported it, but their response to the problem was a cheerful "no problem." Well, yes, it was a problem; I had stuff I needed to keep cold. Bed very sloppily made. Maddeningly low water pressure in shower. Lots of traffic noise facing 6th St. Limited channels on TV--no PBS station.

“below standards”

Rooms are VERY small,and without in room coffee or shampoo. toilet not attached to floor, nearly tipped over!!! Definetely will not stay there again. Seemed very overpriced.
