Stayed in worse, I guessPosted Aug 24, 2014
Room was so so in cleanliness until I pulled back the sheets. Dirty, hair, cigarette burns...ugh. Busy street and the fan wouldn't continuously run so it made for a restless night sleep.

Ants in our room, uncomfortable bed, no poolPosted Aug 20, 2014
would not stay there again - it was no bargain. the bed was uncomfortable and the room was very cheap. the only positive was the shower ... it worked well and they did provide a hair dryer. I didn't appreciate finding ants in the bathroom and was disappointed that there wasn't a swimming pool.

My parents and I were at the hotel for a couple of nights for my son's graduation from University of Oregon. The room was sufficient for our needs.

Little Motel of HorrorsPosted Jun 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
We booked this motel, the only one available, in December for the U of O graduation and stayed for three nights. It's a basic, dumpy place, like you used to find on the old Route 66. The Good The owners were very nice. So was the housekeeper. There was a newish armoire and flat screen tv. We never used it. That's it. The Horrors 1. The toilet seat was crusty. The white paint/sealer had worn off around the inside edges, making it look like it hadn't been cleaned for years. It can't have been very sanitary. We stopped twice at the front office to ask that it be replaced. The very nice person smiled and told us the manager would look into it. Nothing was done. 2. The bathroom had black mildew growing in the shower. Nothing a little bleach couldn't fix. Of course, bleach may be at too much of a premium for this place. 3. The bed was far too soft, as in if you sat on the edge you'd end up in the middle without trying. The sheets in our non-smoking room had burn holes in them. I'm pretty sure the blanket had never been washed. The bedspread, well, you've seen those news exposés where they shine a black light. Suffice to say we did our best not to touch it. We slept in our clothes. 4. The bed, part 2. The bed vibrated in the morning, like there was a phantom "magic fingers" device attached to it(for those too young to remember those, you'd stick a quarter in a slot and the bed would give you a "massage," a source of endless delight to kids and irritation to their parents, and probably intended to add spice to motel one night stands). Being from California, my first thought was that we were having an earthquake. The 6:30 am vibration was not welcome. 5. They serve a basic Costco breakfast with lukewarm coffee. How can coffee in one of those pump thermos containers be lukewarm? Seems that the priorities here are a little off.

Horrors!!Posted Jun 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was a terrible experience! We were tired from driving a long distance so we unloaded the car, rested on top of bed watching TV until 9 pm, prepared for sleep, pulled covers back and were horrified. The sheets and pillow cases were filthy! They hadn't been laundered for some time. I phoned lobby and told them to bring us some clean King sheets and pillow cases and we would change the bed ourselves (as we were in our night clothes). The girl brought us 3 sheets and 2 pillow cases; we needed 2 king sheets and 3 pillow cases. We will NEVER stay at an Econo Lodge ever again!!!

What an awful experience we had!Posted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was pathetic. We stayed earlier in Econolodge at Roseberg and wanted to have similar experience, but then it was really bad here. NOTHING was good here. PLEASE REFRAIN from booking your stay here. The owners who have taken franchisee from Econolodge were pathetic. Quality of service provided was at ZERO. I am pretty sure the service will stay at ZERO until something drastic happens.

We stay here all the time. We will be back. Comfortable beds. Nice people. Good location except for the adult film apparently being ilmed at the hotel next door. Not their fault. Room was a little worn but comfortable.
