"They had a very noisy crew on the parking lot at 7:00 AM cleaning the parking lot scraping dirt and water off the pavement. My room was right above where they were making so much noise with the scraping machine and back hoes. That was a ridiculous time to start that type of project. Especially when the customers are trying to relax and sleep. The project should have been planned for later in the morning. "
