“Great hotel & bar”

Got the room just to crash for the night after Civil War game. Just your basic hotel room; nothing fancy but perfectly nice. Probably spent more time in the hotel bar then we did in the room, which was a great place to hang out. Very good location from Autzen Stadium (if you can figure out the back roads).

this was the best hotel ever. they had the best breakfast every day, waffles you made yourself and tons of other items.. always fixed or got anything we asked for and were so kind to us when we were there. even said they would miss us when we were leaving.. a great place to stay and in the middle of everything . we plan to go back soon to see family again and plan to stay there again. could not have been better.

With a business trip to someplace I've not stayed before--or at least for over a decade as in this case--it's nice to have something to depend on, so I usually pick a chain with which I've had a good experience. Shiloh has never let me down. This property is likely a franchise as it's not the typical blue/white color scheme (it's actually kind of dark in the hallways, but safe and very, very clean) and the lobby reminds me a bit of an older ski lodge. When I arrive I'm usually pretty tired, so I want food--not necessarily a culinary experienc--and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The room's fan had a "hi" setting that was loud enough to offer white noise and my room was very clean. For those guests to whom it's important, the rooms have inside doors. The young man at the front desk was very helpful (afternoon of June 25th, whoever you are) and the restaurant staff was exceptional. Easy, easy, easy to find right off I-5 and for those who need something to do, it's right next to the local mall.

Convenient to the freeway, older hotel but kept up very nice. Free breakfast was great lots of things to choose from. The room was small but it had a nice table and 2 comfortable chairs. I thought the hotel was very good for the price.

I have stayed at the Shiloh Inn in Springfield twice before my most recent visit. It's close to the freeway, the staff is great, everything is clean and in good working order. I'd recomend this hotel to anyone. :-)

“Shilo Inn in Springfield is IDEAL”

I am a business owner, and I travel alot in the Pacific Northwest. I've stayed at just about every "chain" hotel, and I have to say that the Shilo Inn in Springfield, Oregon puts their competition to shame. I have not stayed anywhere else in the last 6 months on my road trips (unless, of course there isn't a Shilo available) and feel confident knowing that I will always be very well taken care of. Sydney (Manager)runs a tight ship, with careful focus toward customer service. This level of service is also reflected in her desk staff. I've always had a dependable wireless connection, comfort, and the continental breakfast is simple, yet spot-on.. perfect. Two thumbs way up. James

Fabulous staff. Everything was ready, clean and set for our stay. Great location at a great price. Great value. Many other much higher priced hotels in area.
