“It's OK for the price”

I was there early in the morning. The old man was sleeping inside somewhere. I rung the door bell. He got up, signed me in for a full night price. I thought for few hours of staying, they should charge half price or less.

“Pretty good”

I went to OR with a friend for a concert. We were only going to stay one night, but we wanted something cheap and comfortable. The room was pretty nice for the price, and I would stay there again if I were going through the area.

“Met all of my needs”

I came into town to watch a basketball game and spent a total of 2 nights in the hotel. The staff greeted me warmly and even accommodated my request to check in an hour early. The rooms were clean, not posh, but comfortable enough. We ate breakfast one morning and were surprised to be able to select from several continental items including fresh fruit, juices, and bagels, to name a few.

“Its not a 5 star hotel but ok for the price”

The pepole were very nice and the room was very comfortable but I found a dirty wash cloth on top of the hair dryer and an old bar of soap on top of the glass shower door.

“Good value and location”

For the price this was a great place for me to stay for my 1 night in Eugene. Campus is right across the street, so it was super convenient.

Good hotel near the UO and close enough to downtown. I would recommend it.

“Fine value for the location”

We were in Eugene visiting our son who goes to the University of Oregon. The location of the hotel is ideal for a visit to the campus. It was nothing fancy, but it was clean, quiet and affordable.

Good deal for the price. Cheerful staff. Nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate. Free Wireless. Close to the University and 5 minute drive to downtown. On bus line.

“"Will stay next trip"”

Hotel was very convenient. This hotel is literally across the street from UO, which saved having to find parking. Campus tour started and finished right across the street. Next trip to UO we will stay here.

“Decent place to stay, not fancy, but can't beat location”

I have stayed at this hotel twice. We have a son at the University of Oregon, and you can't beat the location. The hotel is not fancy, but the price is very reasonable. They do a lot with what they have to work with - they have a small pool, offer a continental breakfast, in-room coffee maker and have a one computer business center (got to print my boarding passes!) Rooms are not fancy, but they are clean. Franklin Boulevard can be a bit noisy (especially when a Harley goes down the street). If top priorities are value and location, this is a top choice. If you want a fancier place to stay, they are other hotels you should consider. I stayed at this hotel for freshman introDUCKtion in July 2010, and to move our son our of the dorms in June 2011, and in both cases (a high demand period) it was the best value.
