“A quality Visit”

We checked in. The room was clean the facilities were as good as one would expect for the price. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and was in fact a King as advertised. The toilet paper was really thin. Not something I would usually even think of, but that is how thin it was. I liked what I got and will use them again when visiting friends in Eugene

“Not bad!”

The motel is alright. The owner is a really friendly person and helpful! I don't have anything to complain about.

“Old, but close to the Airport.”

Although this motel is older and not in a great neighborhood, it was clean and smelled fresh. The desk person was friendly and helpful and the price was excellent. Not a bad place if all you need is a bed and a television to get through the night so you can catch your plane on time the next day.

“Okay for the price”

Small, older motel in the northern part of Eugene. Fast food or taverns were only nearby dining sources. Owners were polite, check in was quick. The room was very small for the non-smoking, king bed. It was clean and well prepared. No complaints.

“Great Place To Stay”

This hotel is perfect for a more economical option in Eugene. It's minutes away from downtown and was exactly what we needed. We chose to spend less on our hotel and more on restaurants and activities. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and accommodating. The room had everything other hotel rooms have just a little less fancy. We were comfortable and happy during our week long stay.

“Value for what you pay”

So if you want 5 star hotel, go pay for it. We got a king size, comfortable bed in a clean, quiet, non smoking room with fridge, microwave, coffee, hair dryer, and even an iron and ironing board. All this was $49 plus tax for two people. Of course it smelled somewhat like a motel room; but then it is what it is. For the price and what we got we are not complaining.

“Good Value”

The hotel manager was very understanding of our need for a late checkout due to our participation in the Eugene marathon and let us stay well beyond the normal checkout time. The hotel itself was very clean. The beds and linens were fine and I slept well. It was a good value for 2 double beds.

“Eugene trip”

Manage waited for me to get there from the airport late into the night. Daily asked me if I needed anything.

“It was, what it was !”

This place isnt in the best part of town. Its not easy to find, either. The manager is very personable, and helps any way he can. This is a VERY old establishment, and should be judged with that in mind. I was ok, with the room, everything was clean, and in working order. For a quick, one night stop over, it was just fine. For an extended stay, no not at all.
