Excellent hotel and great value for money. Superb location. Limited car parking and public options are a bit pricey but dont let that deter. Highly recommended.

Room was spacious and immaculate, staff was very helpful and attentive. Location is just across from train station, and very close (couple of blocks) from cathedral and heart of town. Only negative is due to train station, it’s a transient area. Still felt safe, but not as nice as older part of town.

The room for which we had booked and paid €126 several days in advance was small and situated on the third floor and had a skylight for a window. The aircon was inadequate. It was certainly not worth the price paid.

Hôtel was nice and clean. Also quiet which I haven’t found in most European hotels. Room was charming and a good size. Location was obviously a big factor being near the station. Also close walking distance to the cathedral and shops. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Check in problem
Had problems at check in as no booking on their systems - although had confirmation from Hotels.com- and as the hotel was full they arranged room in sister hotel - part of the same building. Room was quite small especially as we were travelling with our dog. Room was clean and a/c helped with the high temperatures. Parking was in underground car park some distance from hotel.

Best location! Right across the street from the train station and beside a really delicious and well-priced restaurant. It would have been nice to have some USB rechargers in the room.

Our family of four stayed at this hotel in April 2022 to visit Chartres Cathedral. We loved everything about the hotel and the staff! We stayed on a Sunday night and found the area around the hotel to be generally quiet, including Monday morning. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were super helpful and responsive, both during our stay and prior to our stay when we contacted the hotel to inquire about parking. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located near several restaurants and just a short, 5 minute walk from Chartres Cathedral.

Good but no gym
The hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station, and is good value for the price. Be warned though that there is not actually a gym in the hotel. I was told I could use the one in the hotel next door for an extra fee. Next time I'll just stay there instead!

Biggest hotel room I have ever seen!
This place was absolutely stunning. Hotel room and bathroom were enormous. Staff was so nice. Right across from train station. close to cathedral. so beautiful. we will be back!

Pretty hotel pretty city
We were early but theyaccomodated us. Very pretty hotel and peaceful right opposite the main station that gets you into Paris in an hour.

Disappointing and expensive.
Staff were absent from desk, then ignored us and other clients. Took 30 minutes just to get car parking sorted. Our reservation for on-site was not honoured - only for tiny cars!! A pass to railway parking building was given. Room smaller than advertised. No elevator or help with bags to third floor. Wifi only reached top of first flight of stairs, not to room.

Beware of hotel
I stayed in July and had a terrible experience. I forgot my wash bag called the next morning to check that they had found it. They said yes I said I would be back in 2 weeks and would collect the wash bag. On return no wash bag was given and there was no acceptance that the wash bag was ever found despite a member of staff ensuring me it was there. This hotel obviously has internal security problems so take care of your belongings when you stay at this hotel. Following this I was also give a room which had a half eaten burger left on the table in the room.

Pleasant hotel right in the heart of Chartres.
Nice quiet room at the rear of the building which had a clean modern appearance. On site parking is great but quite limited. The hotel is difficult to drive to and is easier if you ignore the No Entry signs. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

Amazing! Right across the train station. Hotel is simple and quite elegant! Affordable rates.. Beautiful rooms..clean, spacious and bright with natural light..Service was exceptional.. Dinner was Unique and delicious...treated with elegance. I Would definitely recommend

Amazing service above and beyond.
Great service from the staff. Super cute hotel. We stayed on the top floor in well decorated rooms which felt like we walked back in time. The concierge make great food recommendations, and went the extra mile for us when we had a special need. I highly recommend this hotel.

Such good Customer Service
Excellent service. We were greeted on arrival and, when the receptionist noticed that we had two very big heavy cases, he upgraded us to a lovely room on the first floor - so we didn't have to carry them up to the 3rd floor. Great breakfast too! So close to the railway station, but so quiet. And, ideal for a short walk to the Cathedrale.

Too noisey too many stairs but near old town.
The hotel rooms were very pretty but it's right opposite the train station & the walls are that thin & no double glassing that you could hear the anocements & people opening theor doors and coming & going at 3pm! Also 3 floors up with no lift. Other than than that very near to old town & Catheridral

Lovely bedlinen and comfortable bed. Good new shower room and shower but spoilt by grime on old radiators and pipework. Shower cubicle not cleaned properly. Staff couldn't care less. One of our party was given a shed in the back yard and told it was an upgrade as it had air conditioning. Hotel clearly being refurbished but you can't expect guests to stay in a building site - except they do!

Excellent location, especially for those arriving by train. Very short walk to Cathedral. Rooms are clean and up to date; great shower. I was on third floor and internet not brilliant; also near railway station so choose your room carefully. Breakfast good, but pricy for what it is, I think, but other options close by if you don't want to pay that. Otherwise, as advertised, and generally pleased. I would stay there again.

Fabulous character hotel in a great location, right in the centre and close to the train station. We were in the family suite, which was extremely clean and offered spacious accommodation. Staff is super kind and helpful and breakfast is good and varied.

The staff were very welcoming , spoke English, and check-in was quick and efficient. . We had room 502 which faces the back and is quiet , and which is up only one short flight of stairs . Lovely, modern bathroom with a bath as well as shower. We had thought to go out for breakfast but changed our minds the next morning and were glad we did. It was 9€ but there was a good selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruits, cold meats, cheeses, scrambled egg and bacon, pancakes, toasting breads and jams, croissants and pastries, plus juices, tea, hot chocolate , or coffee. All in all, an excellent place for a short stay.
